A cosy self contained Loft in a lovely village

We are nestled in a lovely South Leicestershire village in the heart of rural England. We have great walks on our doorstep along with fishing lakes and an assortment of eating/drinking establishments. We are only a 20minute drive from two market towns with shops and coffee and cake opportunities galore! The Loft has a fridge, microwave,kettle,toaster,tea, coffee and crockery etc.T V.,to make it a perfect self contained place to stay. A seating area in our garden is available and off road parking

Quiet village location in the National Forest within a mile of the M42 junction providing easy access to Birmingham and the East Midlands.

The loft has views over Beacon Hill and can walk directly out into the countryside. It is situated on a country lane which not a through road so very quiet. The property has a small kitchenette with a microwave, two ring induction hob, frying pan and saucepan. A fridge, sink, kettle and plates, bowls and cutlery.

There is one designated secure car parking space for your use, which is to the right hand side of the property door. If you require more parking please let me know. DOGS ARE NOT TO BE LEFT ALONE IN THE APARTMENT. There is NO facility for EV charging. The closest charging points are in Anstey.
