Double bed with high quality mattress, goose down duvet and pillows ( if you have allergies let me know I can change these) and top quality bedding. The room is beautiful at night with an attractive layering of designer lighting ( hotel style double switching from the bed) Limestone flooring and welcome underfloor heating. Limited visitor storage on the mezzanine upstairs. Ensuite bathroom Small but perfectly formed wet room with good shower. Second Bedroom Small, but bright and cozy (My friend described the experience of sleeping there as 'sleeping in a cloud') Double bed with high quality mattress and bedding. Underfloor heating, limestone floor. Lots of storage, and hanging space. There is an option to make the sofa in the living area into a single bed if guests would rather have their own sleeping space. Main bathroom With a very attractive green marble floor and brass fittings, a full bath and good shower. The house is located on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the bustle of the restaurants, theatre, and shops of the internationally acclaimed Dundrum Town Centre. For something quieter stroll to the farmers market, gardens, and cafe at the beautiful Airfield Estate. Take a short and pleasant journey by light rail to the center of the city. The station is just across the street. Visible from the house the beautiful Dublin Mountains are a mere 15 min drive away. Perfectly located in a quiet street beside the Dundrum Luas station (pleasant 13 min journey on LUAS light rail to centre of Dublin (St Stephens Green), trains every 3-5 mins. 7 min walk to the Pembroke District restaurants and some of the best shopping in the city at the award winning Dundrum Town Centre. James and Tom welcome you to our lovingly restored red brick Victorian home in Phibsborough with all mod cons, luxurious surroundings and peaceful flower filled garden for your enjoyment. We are a short 15 minute walk to the centre of Dublin and all that this vibrant city has to offer. We are close to the Botanic Gardens and a short drive to the beautiful Phoenix Park, home to Dublin Zoo and roaming deer. Our home is fully equipped with all mod cons including WIFI, cable tv, power shower in our large (shared) luxury bathroom, feather filled pillows and duvets, nespresso coffee machine etc, We are a gay couple who have been together for over 20 years and would be delighted to welcome you to stay in our comfortable and convenient home. We would be happy to provide you with an extensive continental breakfast in our sunny breakfast room or on the patio listening to the gurgling fountain of our fish pond! Our neighbourhood is a traditional area of Dublin where you can find all amenities in the locality including supermarket, pubs and most shops that any visitor would require. Because we are so close to the city centre and on a major bus and taxi route, the city is easily accessible for more fine dining and theatre options. I'm proud to say my home was used in Season two of Apple tv's Bad Sister's (Grace's house)if your curious... For Seashell I wanted to create a sense of peace and calm. It is rustically natural where small details echo peace; a shell on a windowsill, a flower in a vase. The bed is a small double so it's intimate. I love considered interiors and styling spaces. It's beachy without being cliche. I hope you find rest and simplicity here. Seashell is tucked into what I believe is a perfect beach.

Our house is a cosy comfortable cottage with a large outdoor area for our guests to enjoy ,we are only 6 kilometres to the city centre with great transport links by bus & tram to the city centre & beyond we have coffee shops ,restaurants , pubs & a large supermarket all about 5 mins walk from here , The bus stop is 2 mins away across the road from us & the tram station is a 10 min walk with trams going into the city every 5 mins or less , Our aim is make guests as comfortable as we can ,

We are about 30 minutes from Ballybeg wedding venue, and 40 minutes from Glendalough We recommend that you have a mode of transport as we are located in a rural area.

A tranquil retreat in Dunganstown, Wicklow

The Gate Lodge is situated on the property of The Old Rectory, Dunganstown. Gently restored over time it includes integrated modern conveniences with the structure and sentiment of the original building. The interior is ambient and full of natural light. Large patio doors face south west onto an intimate courtyard space which then leads to breathtaking views across the valley. As well as being very spacious the house is cosy; heated with geothermal underfloor hearing and a solid fuel stove.

Highlands Cottage

Everyone is welcome, but please note that there is no smoking on the premises. While there are Tea and Coffee making facilities, the accommodation is not Self Catering. It is offered on a Bed and Breakfast basis only. Situated on a quiet country lane about 1 mile outside the town of Gorey in Co. Wexford, Highlands Cottage is a lovely little house set in mature gardens, with flowering bushes, trees, plants and lots of peace and quiet. There is no traffic noise, just the sounds of nature.
