There's a community pool and jacuzzi to enjoy. You must be at least 35 year's of age.Two people only. Absolutely no smokers or pets. And no children.

Detached casita with bedroom & en suite bathroom with keurig, fridge, & microwave. There is no kitchen or living room. Smart TV with premium cable and HBO, and you can log in to your Netflix account. I have mugs and some disposable dishes and silverware for you. It is a quiet and private area for a tranquil trip. It is very close to the 202 freeway, with shops, restaurants, and golf courses just minutes away. Usery Mountain Park is mins away & Saguaro lake is 15-20 mins away. Airport 25 mins.

Pickleball set included with plenty of courts nearby - feel free to use! There’s plenty of things inside the space to make you feel at home for you to use. I even have an Amazon Echo in the room for you to jam out to music during the day or use white noise for bed.

Our condo is a lower level corner unit. Due to HOA requirements, no children under the age of 18 years old are allowed. If you are 19 - 21 years old, you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the whole time of reservation.
