Enjoy a home from home feel in our spacious, light and peaceful flat. Situated just 3 miles from St Ives and just off the Southwest Coast Path in the lovely village of Lelant. Just a seven minute pleasant walk from one of Cornwall’s most beautiful dog friendly beaches that even in height of season is never overcrowded. Chy Noweth ,a peaceful escape with parking

Chy noweth is part of my home with a private back door entrance with a key safe on the outside wall. The space inside is totally private and for your use only. The patio area is for your use and the garden area is shared with myself. There is a kettle and coffee machine in the small utility area as well as a under counter fridge. I will supply tea, coffee ,biscuits and milk for your arrival. There are no cooking facilities but restaurants are plentiful in nearby St. Ives , Hayle and Marazion.

Riverside, is a large, attractive apartment enjoying lovely views of the Hayle estuary (RSPB reserve), and is situated close to St Ives in the village of Lelant. It occupies the entire top floor of the Owner's Victorian home, but is entirely separate and is accessed via its own entrance. It comprises 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), and has free parking. There is an excellent pub, the popular links course at West Cornwall Golf Club and the white sandy beaches of Porth Kidney and Carbis Bay are nearby.

Running between Carbis Bay and the idyllic village of Lelant is the peaceful Church Lane. From here, a private lane leads to The Links at its far end, bordered by the West Cornwall golf course on two sides and fields on the third. Thanks to the gently undulating downward slope of the course, this property enjoys unbroken views of St Ives Bay, from Godrevy Lighthouse, across the Towans at Gwithian to Lelant's own Porthkidney beach and dunes through which runs the iconic St Ives branch line.

A beautiful 3-mile golden sandy beach, Hayle Towans (voted UK’s Best Beach by The Times Jul 24) is only 200m away. The house is tastefully decorated. Rose cottage is ideally situated for exploring St. Ives and all it has to offer, whether it's surfing and water sports, museums and galleries, walking the coastal paths or sampling the local cuisine. We are within easy access to the A30 which leads to the rest of Cornwall and it's many delights. A cosy cottage situated in the village of Lelant, with fully equipped kitchen and utility space, log burning stove, outside eating area with BBQ, garden and parking for up to 3 cars.
