Built in 1896, and utilized by the Presbyterian Church until 1950. This house has a lot of history with space for all your needs. Whether you are a large family, hosting a get together for the weekend, or here on business this house has everything you need. Walking distance to downtown provides easy access to exciting bars and restaurants, the Croswell Opera House, Chaloners, local farmers market, and shops. House is centrally located to many lakes in the area and 45 min. drive to Ann Arbor.

My lake bottom is shallow hard sand, perfect for swimming for kids of all ages (also a large floating matt for your use). 2nd bedroom not 100% private. Best for kids or family

It is also part of the Merillat Airport (34G) community, a grass runway (3608 ft). Perfect for fly-in/fly-out guests, or if you just want to sit on the back balcony or by the fire pit and watch planes take off and land. The house is also 25 miles away from Ann Arbor and University of Michigan and 20 miles from Michigan International Speedway.

This solid concrete tiny home was once this ghost town's fire house! It's been sensibly converted and turned into a stylish and comfortable living space. Despite being solidly out in the country, it's a quick drive to Blissfield and Adrian, or even Ann Arbor or Toledo. There's a small and peaceful outdoor seating area, combo washer/dryer, full kitchen, and multiple televisions. The home has an EV Charger, and a Tavern Next door, set to open soon!
