Cozy Carriage House At the Lake

Make wonderful memories at this unique & quiet family-friendly abode. A one and two person kayak are included. Bonfire with s’mores (ingredients are on the house)! A darling treehouse, (read, draw & paint on canvases provided)! A swing-set in the backyard for the kids to enjoy. Views of the lake and the woods in the back. Game room below the carriage house for rainy day activities including ping pong, board games and TV. Outdoor games available. Sit on the dock and enjoy the amazing sunsets.

Relax with the family at this peaceful place on Wamplers Lake with extensive lakefront property to enjoy the lake. Lake is very ideal for swimming/sunbathing/boating with a sandy bottom- ideal for children. A dock is present if guests choose to bring a boat/ Jet ski or float toys. Parking can accommodate up to 5 vehicles. Lakefront seating includes 1 large 10ft picnic table/ large wooden swing, 2 tanning chairs, 1 additional 3-person swing and 5 single chairs. Charcoal grill/firepit available.

This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is located on a private gravel drive, in a peaceful setting. Wildlife can often be spotted in the large yard or wooded area. The location is minutes from historic Adrian where Adrian College and Siena Heights University are home to, Tecumseh, and near main roads, and only 20 miles from Brooklyn, and 30 miles from Ann Arbor. Many stores, restaurants, lakes, and entertainment options are close by. The Kiwanis biking/walking trail connects right here.

Songbird Cottage

Escape the hustle and bustle. Come relax in our cozy tiny house on our little farmette where we raise a few goats and retail handcrafted patio furniture. Wake up to views of the surrounding fields, take a walk in our garden or enjoy relaxing in our gliders on the porch. Located between Hillsdale and Adrian - only 10 miles for Adrian College, 17 miles from Michigan International Speedway and 22 miles from Hillsdale College.
