The Harmony House has 2 bedrooms (1 queen-1 full) and a new queen sleeper sofa. Whether it's a family vacation, a girlfriend’s retreat or couples escape-it's the perfect spot!

The Loft is newly built in 2025 with all the standard amenities including sleeping accommodates for nine, pool table, jacuzzi, and a fire-pit. New, custom, home directly on Black River features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Bring your boats, bikes or kayaks or just relax and enjoy the river views with your coffee or cocktails on the private decks. Lower level has entertainment area with wet bar and seating for 16.
