Nuestro luminoso apartamento de 120 m² tiene capacidad para hasta 11 huéspedes y es ideal para familias y grupos de amigos que desean disfrutar de Barcelona juntos. Está situado frente a la estación de metro Paral·lel y a pocos minutos a pie de Las Ramblas, el Puerto y Montjuïc. Dispone de 4 amplios dormitorios, una sala de estar, cocina y 2 baños completos con bañera y ducha. Tanto el salón como los dormitorios tienen balcones con vistas a la ciudad, que aportan abundante luz natural y permiten disfrutar del ambiente urbano de Barcelona. La distribución del apartamento incluye 3 dormitorios con 2 camas individuales, un dormitorio con 2 camas dobles y un sofá cama doble en el salón. Bajo petición, las camas individuales pueden prepararse como camas dobles extragrandes. También es posible solicitar una cama extra o una cuna. El apartamento cuenta con aire acondicionado, calefacción, sistema de purificación del aire, Wi-Fi gratuito y televisión con canales internacionales. La cocina está totalmente equipada y dispone de mesa y sillas para comer, además de un balcón con lavadora, secadora y cubos de reciclaje. Las ventanas de doble acristalamiento ayudan a mejorar el aislamiento. Al encontrarse en una zona céntrica, animada y con tráfico, puede percibirse el ambiente propio de la ciudad. A piece of history that has been gut renovated while maintaining original features and wooden framework combined with brand new appliances, a modern kitchen and bathrooms. Feel at home while enjoying hotel services like daily cleaning. The apartment has been decorated with a lot of taste and character. In the room you will find a mix of original antique and contemporary furniture. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you might need to prepare meals. There are 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and the other bedroom a double bed. There are three complete bathrooms. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with wi-fi internet. The three double bedrooms makes this apartment perfect for families and smaller groups. For larger groups we also have more apartments available in the same building. The apartment covers a whole floor of the building and the roof top terrace. The roof top terrace is a sun deck for day use until 10.00 pm in order not to bother they rest of the neighbors. Clients have access to free wifi, tv, fully equipped kitchen, A/C, heating, laundry machine downstairs in the building basement, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, complementary amenities, towels, sheets..... Extra cleaning is also available for a fee. Our target clients are adults 30+, families and business travellers. We don't accept bachelor parties or anyone that might bother other neighbors. Check-in after 20.00 has an extra cost of 30 euros. For check-ins after 24.00 there is an extra cost of 50 euros.

TOURIST TAX: 6.88€ per night per person, for up to 7 nights (adults only). The guest must pay the tourist accommodation tax, which is €6.88 per night per person, for up to 7 nights. Starting on April 1, 2026, the amount will be €10.45 per night per person, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
