Liberec Region : locations de vacances au pied des pistes

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und die Natur drumherum ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Skigebiete sind leider nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen aber dafür ebenfalls sehr schön.

Dom położony jest w cichej oikolicy. Dojazd bardzo łatwy. Pod domem miejsca parkingowe dla samochodów. Na piechotę w ciągu 10 minut można dojść do sklepów , restauracji lub przystanku skibusa. Dom położony jest na niewielkim wzniesieniu,. Wynajmowaliśmy cały dom. Składał się z parteru z jadalnią , narciarnią, łazienkami oraz sauną oraz piętra z 4 sypialniami , w wspólnymi toaletami i wspólnymi prysznicami. Wszystko było świetnie wysprzątane. Bardzo wygodne materace. W każdym pokoju jest TV z aplikacją Netflix oraz Youtube. Jadalnia w pełni wyposażona w tym kuchenka mikrofalowa, frytkownica, ekspres do kawy, opiekacz do kanapek. W kuchni znajduje się kominek do samodzielnego rozpalania. Idealna rzecz po powrocie z mroźnego spaceru. W domu jest bardzo ciepło. Josef jest bardzo kontaktową i miłą osobą. Jeśli tylko będe w ROkytnicy z pewnoscią wróćę do tego domu.

Cudowny miejsce, w którym można poczuć się jak w domu, bardzo przytulnie i klimatycznie. Nieskazitelnie czysto. Idealne na wypad z rodziną lub znajomymi. Mila jest bardzo pozytywnie nastawiona a kontaktowanie się z nią nie sprawia żadnych problemów. Samo dojście do domku z parkingu sprawia frajdę a okolica jest przepiękna. Można poczuć prawdziwy spokój i zrelaksować się w saunie z wyjątkowym widokiem. W okolicy jest świetna restauracja do której można dojść na piechotę. Spędziliśmy tam wspaniały czas. Zdecydowanie polecam!!!

The house is beautiful, super new and really comfortable. Great beds, everything you need in the kitchen. The house that is shown on the photo actually consists of two holiday houses that are rented out separately. We rented the house at the back with a wonderful view on the back garden. It was covered with snow while we were there and my kids practiced their ski/boarding skills while I watched through the window. Several ski slopes are close by (short distance by car). Ivan is a wonderful host and very accommodating. The sauna is located between the two houses and can be booked, this was not entirely clear from the ad. From the second use you pay a fee. But the sauna is really well designed and offers a wonderful experience especially with the ice cold water from the pond that Ivan cleared for us. Overall the house is absolutely recommended. Thanks Ivan for a wonderful stay.

Wij hebben genoten van het verblijf in het huis. Het is heerlijk groot en schoon. Ivan reageerde altijd snel en alles was mogelijk en werd snel geregeld. We zouden het zeker aanraden.

Es ist eine sehr schöne, stilvoll und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Für uns als Paar war es genau richtig von der Größe her, noch dazu hatten wir das kleine Kinderzimmer als separates Zimmer. Die Küchenzeile ist klein, aber fein! Es ist wirklich sehr frisch renoviert und in äußerst gutem Zustand und wundervoll hell. Es bräuchte noch einen besseren Kochherd und einen kleinen Backofen und vielleicht einen etwas geräumigen höheren Küchenschrank für das Geschirr...und für mehr Gäste einen größeren Küchentisch. Das der Zugang der Wohnung über eine Treppe vom Eingangsflur nur durch einen Vohang getrennt wird und dadurch ein Recht offenes Gefühl entsteht, wenn man am Tisch sitzt und unten Jemand reinkommt, ist vielleicht nicht Jedermenschs Sache. Tür zum Wohnzimmer ist dann verschließbar. Dieses Detail könnte in der Wohnungsbeschreibung vielleicht deutlicher beschrieben werden. Klara und ihr Mann sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit

The accommondation was exactly as it was described (enough space for 5 adults and 3 children). It was clean, easy to find and the check in was problem-free. The apartment is located directly oposite a ski slope on the outskirts of Harrachov. It taks about 20 minutes to walk to the center of Harrachov. We would love to come back some day!

Rychlá domluva, pokoj a ostatní místnosti zcela odpovídaly fotografiím, prostorná čistá a vybavená kuchyně pro všechny hosty, lyžárna, sauna, v dětském koutku spousta společenských her k dispozici... Dobrá dostupnost ubytování u hlavní silnice, přesto provoz téměř nebyl slyšet. Navíc bydlet blíž Stadionu už skoro nejde... :) Za domem je potok a prostorná zahrada, ale tu by člověk využil mimo zimní měsíce. Nevím, do jaké míry jsme měli štěstí na osazenstvo, ale celý pobyt byl poklidný a pokud jsme někoho nepotkali ve společenské místnosti a kuchyni, o ostatních hostech jsme téměř nevěděli. Jediná drobná výtka míří na popis pokojů při jejich výběru - nebyli jsme si jistí, který pokoj má koupelnu a wc a který ne (pokud takový je). A také by se hodily obecné informace ohledně ukončení pobytu buď v aplikaci nebo v manuálu. Každopádně pobyt jsme si moc užili a děkujeme. Moc příjemné ubytování za přijatelnou cenu! :)

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, geräumig, rustikal und für unseren Winterurlaub gut geeignet. Zum Skihang und zu den Loipen ist es allerdings ein kleines Stück zu fahren. Bei viel Schnee sind Schneeketten definitiv empfehlenswert, da die Zufahrt kurvig und steil ist und keine wirkliche Wendemöglichkeit besteht. Die vielen Zimmer haben zwar nur kleine Schränke, sind aber vollkommen ausreichend, da wir uns ohnehin meist in der großzügigen Wohnküche aufgehalten haben. Der Dachboden ist recht niedrig und eher was für mittelgroße Kinder. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Pluses Nice view from the windows Spacious and neat apartment with all you need. Enough space to store clothes, enough space for kids, good quality bedding, comfortable mattresses. Super close to two ski lifts for beginners and ski rentals. Free ski bus 100 m away is available to go to more advanced ski slopes. Definitely good value for the price. There are plenty of kitchen amenities. Small grocery store is near by. German speaking TV and WiFi is included. Minuses Kitchen is quite dated with furniture repaired with a duct tape, but it is fully functional and in the end it did not disturb us. Guests are required to wash the dishes and apparently the guests before us were not so diligent with cups. Garage parking is tricky with the elevator for cars and very narrow drive in. We managed to use it quite well, but it requires some practice :) Please measure your car dimensions before booking. Overall we liked it and would love to come back next winter break.

Zuzana is een hele lieve host die alles kan verzorgen. Piste is op loopafstand en die zijn heel kindvriendelijk ook de skilessen zijn super. In het huis hadden we last van de akoestiek maar verder was alles heel schoon, netjes en alles wat je nodig heb is aanwezig.

the appartment is exactly the accomodation I wanted to spend the small holiday in. Everybody cosy in one big bed, clean, not in the middle of a city. skiing is easy to reach. I'll sleep there again if I come back to the region!

Ubytování je krásné, čisté, na skvělém místě. Hostitel reagoval vždy okamžitě a byl velice přívětivý. Ubytování mohu vřele doporučit!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Eva empfangen. Im Haus war bereits der Kamin an, da konnte der Urlaub gleich toll starten. Eva hat uns alles erklärt und gezeigt. Im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Es war alles liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und wenn das Holz ausging, reichte eine kurze Nachricht. Eva hat uns auch Empfehlungen für die Gegend geben, die echt toll waren. Obwohl das Ferienhaus direkt am Wohnhaus liegt, hatten wir viel Privatsphäre. Die Lage ist auch toll, man hat viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren viel Wandern und sind immer wieder gern in die Hütte zurückgekommen. Wir können die Unterkunft und die tolle Gastgeberin nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben unsere kleine Wellnessauszeit in der Hütte sehr genossen. Alles was man brauchte war vorhanden und Grundstück sehr privat. Der Hausmeister Stanislav war unglaublich hilfsbereit trotz Sprachbarriere hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Kann man zu 100% empfehlen
