The cottage is located with shared parking next door to a restaurant that we also own; the best wood fired pizza around! This place is a winter and summer wonderland. Our cottage is a small 50's style with much character tucked away in the woods. We’re surrounded by the 70,000 acre Sleeping Bear Dunes. There’s plenty of skiing, canoeing, hiking and fishing, peace and quiet. We're on the boarder of Benzie and Leelanau Counties, the best of wine regions this side of the Mississippi and a true artisanal food destination It's a short drive to Honor, Empire or Glen Arbor. Traverse City is 25 miles east.

Our two bedroom lakeside cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood, just on the edge of Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Explore one of the nearby Lake Michigan beaches or trails, or enjoy our lakeside cabin in the evenings. Feeling social? Beulah and Empire are 15 minutes from the cottage, while Frankfort and Glen Arbor are about 20 minutes away. There are several great restaurants, and breweries nearby.

Door County Cottage, near Haines Beach!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath Door County Cottage is walking distance to the beach and located on Sand Bay Point! This cottage has a peaceful setting that is tucked back into the woods and within walking distance of Haines Beach! We also have our "Family Fun Shed" full of kayaks, bikes, strollers and outdoor games for your use, at no charge! We are also child and dog friendly as well.
