The place was very clean and affordable. The host was very attentive and took care of our needs. Would definitely book again if I'm in Iriga again. The only things I would recommend to have is having a cold water dispenser and a ref to store food and drinks.

It’s a 3-floor building wherein the first floor has a receiving area, a kitchen, spacious pool, 1 cr, 1 shower, lavatory, and entertainment area (tv, karaoke, dining area, small place for some activities), by the way they have almost all subscirptions like netflix, spotify, hbo, prime, disney lmao. The second floor has those 2 spacious rooms where you’ll see a bunk bed per room and another pull out bed. The bunk bed’s standard space is for 2 only but 3 people can actually fit in per bed so I guess EACH room can fit in 6-9 pax. Also, each room has a bathroom, a really cold ac, and an e-fan (which I believe won’t be necessary kasi ang lamig ng ac lol). The third floor is the roof deck with a great scenery! Things to consider when going there are the narrow road from the highway to the place itself and karaoke and loud music is only up until 10pm. But, Sir Ryan is a SUPER HOST! The place is surprisingly amazing! Can fit 5-6 cars in the parking lot and DEFINITELY A VALUE FOR MONEY! 👌🏼

The owner’s mother was very kind and helpful to us. She always accommodated us with our concerns and questions. They even recommended us to great places and restaurants. When it comes to the place, it’s very clean and really feels like home. The comfort room though is outside was never a deal on us since they keep it always clean and fragrant. The balcony was great! You can have a great upfront view of Mt. Mayon’s beauty during the morning. The place is easy to find and very accessible. We will recommend this place to our friends and Family. Gerald’s father also guide us to where we can get an affordable ATV adventure near Mt. Mayon. All in all it was s very wonderful experience and a must to recommend!

Living room was clean and bathroom as well, shower's working and has bidet, and accommodating enough to lend us hangers. Kitchen was clean and you can also cook as they have gas stove. Place is near to most of the spots in Albay.

Love her place. Perfect for my big family! Host is very responsive, staff were hospitable. We felt very safe and taken cared of.

Exceeded our expectations! Great communication, and location was perfect. The place was our little home away from home. We hope to come back and we highly recommend this place to everyone!
