I really enjoyed my home stay. More comfortable, with all the amenities. easily accessible from bus stop and also to my conference venue. 2 minutes of walk for beach and all beautiful places. Beautiful indoor and out door amenities. It will be more helping, if we have wifi connection in it. except that, I loved and enjoyed stay. Thank you so much for the best cooperation. Outstanding experience. First of all, Luca (landlord) is extremely responsive and always ready to support. Thanks again ! Apartment (1st floor) is clean, perfectly furnished and spacious, as described by unit description. Private (covered) parking right next to the building is a great asset. Location: 5 mins walking from Marina di Campo's city center and beaches, local shops and Conad/Coop supermarkets. Perfect base to start visits to all the main Elba's attractions.

Die Wohnung ist sehr nahe am Meer gelegen, man sieht zwischen den Bäumen hindurch unten an den kleinen, familiären Strand. Die Wohnung ist funktional, sauber und mit einer grossen Küche ausgestattet. Von aussen führt eine recht lange Treppe zum Wohnungs-Eingang, diese war nachts leider unbeleuchtet; dies könnte man noch verbessern. Schön ist, dass sich die Dorfbäckerei mit dem freundlichen Kaffee gleich unten im Haus befindet; für deinen leckeren Morgenkaffee mit Croissant muss man also nur aus dem Bett fallen ;). Die Wohnung liegt zwar direkt an der Küstenstrasse; zumindest während unserem Besuch im Oktober hat man davon aber nichts mitbekommen. Die Vermieteragentur ist per Messenger gut erreichbar und war sehr freundlich.

Logement impeccable pour 6 nuits. Hôte de très bon conseils et une super communication avant pendant et après le séjour. Très bonne recommandation des choses à faire aux alentours Très bien placé pour accéder rapidement aux villages des cinque terre et les villes aux alentours. La gare est à 5 minutes à pied Convaincu par la magnifique ville de Rapallo Juste un petit bémol les murs sont assez fins on entendait les discussions des autres personnes mais c’était plus qu’acceptable. Je recommande les yeux fermés ce logement

Siamo rimasti soddisfatti. La casa è molto graziosa e ben arredata. Speriamo di poterci ritornare. Peccato per il tempo che non è stato detto migliori.

Appartamento accogliente e con tutto il necessario per trascorrere la propria vacanza. Casa spaziosa, terrazzo molto grande e giardino privato molto pratico. La zona è molto tranquilla anche se ci sono in prossimità altre case, ma silenziose e vicini davvero educati. La dotazione delle due bici è inoltre un grande plus per la zona facilmente raggiungibile in bici senza dover sempre usare la macchina. Ian è stato un host molto attento e sempre pronto ad aiutarci. Ottima scelta!

Appartamento affacciato direttamente sulla bellissima Spiaggia di Forno, accessibile con una scalinata privata che arriva sul bagnasciuga ed una terrazza dove pranzare e cenare direttamente vista mare. Host molto amichevoli, pronti per ogni problematica e molto contenti di consigliarti spiagge e ristoranti. Sicuramente da ritornarci e consigliata per una vacanza all’insegna del relax.

Excellent gite, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très sympas, la vue sur la mer est mieux que sur les photos, l'endroit bénéficie d'un micro-climat d’où ce paradis de végétation verdoyante avec le chant des oiseaux . Beaucoup de choses à voir dans la région. Grand merci à Mauro ( qui parle bien français) ainsi qu'à sa femme , à Luca et à David. GRAZIE MILLE. On espère revenir car on a encore beaucoup a voir. Villa bellissima, pulita e ben tenuta. Provvista di tutto. Area verde esterna e piscina molto belli e ben organizzati. Ottima soluzione per chi vuole passare del tempo con amici e famiglia nel massimo relax e privacy. Proprietari gentilissimi, disponibili e simpatici. Consigliatissimo.

Wir hatten wirklich einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns unglaublich herzlich empfangen und uns gleich einen ganzen Plan aufgezeichnet, für Unternehmungen und Geheimtipps. Die Küche ist wirklich TOP ausgestattet. Einziges kleines Manko, die Matratzen sind leider sehr durchgelegen und man sollte viel lüften, da es im unteren Zimmer durch die Dusche sehr feucht ist. Dennoch ist diese Unterkunft SEHR zu empfehlen !! Es war toll

Outstanding location and hosts, we felt right at home, the only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer since it is a very looked after location, it is an amazing and very large home, beautiful full of nature all around, on the main road and very close to town. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft. Alles war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Ausblick ist einzigartig. Vorallem mit Kleinkind haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da das Haus fernab vom Verkehr liegt und jede Menge Platz zum Spielen im Freien vorhanden war.

Chill var super sød og imødekommende, for min datter og jeg. Mega hyggelig lejlighed som har alt man skal bruge. Beliggende i det mest centrale af Nice, og på trods af det er lejligheden helt uden larm. Kan varmt anbefales.

Casa come da descrizione, cento di Capoliveri vicinissimo ma allo stesso tempo zona tranquilla e silenziosa, contraddistinta da una serie di villette. Le prime spiagge sono facilmente raggiungibili in pochi minuti. La casa ha un bello spazio esterno, una cucina grande con tutto il necessario, camere spaziose e con armadi grandi. Lo consiglio davvero, unica pecca se devo dirlo è il costo delle pulizie, un po' alto rispetto alla media.

Modern eingerichtete und saubere 2-Zimmer-Loft mit einer großzügigen Terrasse. Diese ist mit zwei Liegestühlen, einem Tisch mit vier Stühlen und einer gemütlichen Lounge ausgestattet – perfekt für zwei Personen, um sich wohlzufühlen. Die Wohnung ist leicht zu finden, jedoch erfordert die Anfahrt etwas fahrerisches Geschick, da die letzten 50 Meter über eine Naturstraße führen. Das Zentrum von Capoliveri ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nachbarschaft sind häufig Hunde anzutreffen, die tagsüber und teilweise auch nachts draußen sind und sich entsprechend bemerkbar machen. Für tierliebende Gäste dürfte das kein großes Problem sein, aber es ist gut, das im Voraus zu wissen, falls man absolute Ruhe bevorzugt.

L'appartement est impeccable et conforme à la description. En plein centre ville, facilement accessible depuis la gare. Andrea recommande une série de restaurants selon ce qu on recherche. Vraiment,je le recommande.
