The apartment is in a great, quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach and one of the better supermarkets. The apartment is well appointed and quite nice. Loutmila was helpful and very flexible, as my plans changed and she was accommodating. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Svetlana went out of her way to accomodate my schedule and even came to and event in the city which I was attending for work purposes to hand over the key to the apartment. It was extremely helpful. The room is pleasant and the apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

очень приятный человек. как и написано - он рад пообщаться, но и не надоедает, уважает приватность. почти не пересекались. кровать удобная. большой классный балкон.

דירה נחמדה מאוד, שתי חדרי שינה נחמדים והדירה הייתה נקייה ומסודרת כשהגענו. מטבח מאובזר לגמרי, סלון גדול ומרפסת ענקית עם נוף לים. כדקה הליכה מחוף הים. באזור יש בתי קפה ומסעדות אבל הוא מרוחק כרבע שעה נסיעה מהאזור של המרינה, ששם המרכז.

Was accurately described as was, very nice and enjoyable to stay at as well. Could taxi very cheaply to any location around the area, and was in general very nice. Cars would come along at night down the road quite often, but that’s to be expected from the location. All in all great stay and an amazing host.

check-in took place without the owner or other staff, which is very convenient in principle. The apartment is clean, although the renovation is not the freshest, but it is equipped with all the necessary accessories Stan is very kind and responsive, I definitely recommend

I loved my stay of several weeks at Constantino and Maria’s apartment. The place is beautifully renovated, modern, and full of natural light. It was also spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities I needed. Constantino and Maria are super friendly, helpful, and responded very quickly to any questions I had. Мы уже оплатили еще два периода пребывания! Очень рекомендуем!

We had a lovely one month stay at Anthony’s apartment. His pre arrival info ensured we easily found the apartment and checked in. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was lovely and well maintained, often we were the only ones using it. The apartment is nicely located with plenty of eateries, bars and shops a few minutes walk and the bus to the Old Port was by the gate and very handy.

Beautiful place and sorroundings, just like the photos! Super clean, super warm home, i'd like to come back definitely
