Our cozy coastal condo is a relaxing retreat. You can be as busy or as lazy as you’d like. Some visits we just sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Other times we take long walks, chat with those clamming or crabbing right off of the shore. Our favorite place for cocktails and live entertainment is just a 3 minute walk around the corner, The Snug Harbor. We hope you enjoy this little slice of paradise as much as we do!!! ***Please note that our condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

Siletz Riverhouse - We are Unique! Let's Talk!

Dock is unavailable! It's summer on Siletz River which can be fun, but with a caveat. Our dock is inaccessible and not available for guest use. Guests may still enjoy the house and deck, but without access to our dock or river from the house due to major floods in December and March ‘26. We are in the process of river bank reclamation, but it will not be completed by your requested dates. Also, we are a remote location without Internet, WiFi, or cell service, but offer peace and quiet instead.

Soulful Sea Cottage

Newly remodeled vintage sea cottage. Full of light and charm and love. Artistic, earthy, soulful. Five minute walk to the sea in a quiet neighborhood. Gorgeous grounds with a secluded back yard that faces east for morning warmth, light, and birdsong. The front platform deck and small upstairs deck have peeks of the sea. Kitchen equipped with Bosch dishwasher, big new frig and everything you might need to make a family dinner or a romantic batch of popcorn. Grocery store within walking distance.

From our windows or deck you can enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, watch the surf and wave action, catch an occasional whale spout or fishing boat near the horizon. Lincoln city shopping is a short drive north to the Nelscott area or the Outlet Mall. Also some incredible restaurant choices including Fathoms, Kylos Grill, and Blackfish Cafe or for more laid back

Dig your toes in the sand and enjoy the quiet, peaceful beach or walk to the nearby shops, restaurants, Spa, or Golf. This 3 bedroom & 2 1/2 bath features two master suites, a gourmet kitchen, custom cabinetry and countertops. Everything is NEW from furniture, mattresses, to linens. Yard fenced.

Located in the quaint Nelscott neighborhood the house is walking distances to shops, restaurants, the oregon coast's largest bookstore, and Theatre West. There are lots of things to do in Lincoln city: shop at the outlet mall, gamble at the casino, take a culinary class, go to the local museum, check out a hike, take a surf lesson, or just hang at the house and watch the wales, surfers and waves from one of our two decks. Bad weather? Just cozy up to the fireplace and watch the storm.

A 1940's Beach Cottage located on the Salishan Bay in Lincoln City. A short walk and your toes are in the sand. The home features a cozy gas fireplace, new windows and laminate floors. The home is decorated in beach theme. Even on a gray day the large south facing windows bring in bright light. Hear the ocean at night with the window cracked open or sit outside on the deck having your morning coffee. Well behaved pets are welcome at $40.00 or enjoy the hot tub for $40.00.

Equipped with a King bed in the private bedroom and a comfortable pull out queen sofa bed in the ocean side room. This unit has been updated, and the owners have spared no expense on the upgraded amenities and really thoughtful touches. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!
