This Designers Dream 1br apartment is located in the quintessential small Maine town of Richmond. Open the door feast your eyes on this truly unique and beautiful spot and get ready to relax or explore! Richmond is home of Swan Island a great spot to explore via kayak or canoe or just grab the ferry! We're 45 min to all downtown Portland has to offer. We are an hour to Booth Bay Harbor and the beautiful botanical gardens. Popham beach is 45 min away, one of the most amazing beaches in state.

The Escape on Elm

Our charming Airbnb is located in the heart of Gardiner Maine. Built in 1850, our historic home combines old-world charm with modern comforts. Enjoy the creaking hardwood floors, exposed beams, and coastal accents that create a calming, seaside vibe. The open layout offers a spacious living room with a sofa bed, Smart TV, books and board games. We offer a comfortable sleeping area with a queen bed. A full bathroom. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen that opens to a private porch.

The Byre at Piper’s Pond

The Byre at Piper's Pond is a small farm situated on 80 acres in Bristol, Maine on the Pemaquid Peninsula. The apartment is separated from the main house and has privacy and room for guests to enjoy the area. It is a comfortable rustic contemporary home and setting. We are located a 10 minute drive to Damariscotta. Pemaquid Peninsula is home to the historic Pemaquid Lighthouse, the University of Maine Darling Marine Center, the Old Fort Henry, Pemaquid Beach and beautiful hiking trails.

Finding Joy

This lovely apartment is above our garage. You can come and go as you please. We have created a place for peace and solitude. Sit on the deck or look out the dining room window and see the woods and wait for the birds and wildlife that may be wonder through the yard. There is coffee and tea available, along with basic breakfast supplies, if you wish. Keyless entry allows for you to come anytime after check-in. Please note, you have to be comfortable with stairs to access the apartment.

Downtown Augusta - 2 Bedroom - Newly renovated!

Located at the heart of downtown Augusta, this 2 bedroom apartment is a wonderful choice when visiting Augusta Maine with another couple or if you just want more room then your average hotel! This 2nd floor apartment comes fully furnished with brand new furniture, supplies and bedding! The apartment has keyless entry via a keypad with each guests receiving a unique pin. There is free parking and laundry available on site. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.

A short walk takes you to the Damariscotta River. Perfect for artists, writers and those looking for a retreat space. 10 miles away are great cafes, stores, a movie theater, a health food store "better than Whole Foods", a lighthouse and a beautiful beach. Close by are countless spectacular walking trails.

From our living room a wall of windows take in the expansive views of Barter's Island upward to the ocean. Relax on the sunny deck, listen to the birds and lobster boats and watch the seals on the ledge at low tide. Take a walk for breathtaking scenic views of the Sheepscott river. Bring your books, bikes and kayaks. Westport Island offers several preserves for hiking, a local brewery and is a central location to visit many nearby midcoast sights and activities.

"Ship Shape": waterfront, cozy studio- downtown

Located in a historic 200 year old building "Ship Shape" is close to downtown but on a quiet tree-lined residential street. It is just one block to the library, bookstore, post office and all the lovely shops. It is on the shore of the Damariscotta River with wonderful views from inside and out.. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the light, the outdoor space, and the comfortable bed. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

The Gallery Apartment

The Gallery apartment (3 night minimum) is a delightful spot for 2 or 3 visitors.. A Queen sized bed is in the bedroom and now a twin bed has been placed in the living area for separate sleeping. Spacious, bright, and airy, the apartment is above our home & my studio/gallery. The apartment is separate & includes its own entrance to ensure your privacy and convenience. It has been recently renovated. Superhost status from 2017 to 2023.

Originally built in the mid 1800's as an attached barn to our lovely Victorian home, we have completely renovated and remade the space into a fun, comfy, and whimsical AirBnB experience.
