A 1/2 hour walk on a wooded trail leads to a large secluded pond. Braeburn feels like a treehouse, with expansive windows, overlooking woods and wildlife. Enjoy grilling on the screened in porch and indulge in your private therapeutic year round hot tub.

Our peaceful 16 acre wetland meadow/ wooded property is teeming with birds and wildlife, wild cranberries, and a short trail system making this a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature year round. Seasonal access to the St. George River and White Oak Pond, allow for paddling May to October. We are just 3.5 miles from historic Union Common, the oldest Common in Maine, and 1/2 mile from Beth's Farm Market, featuring baked goods, fresh produce, milk, and fall activities in season!

Miles of trails right out the door and a mile and a half of sandy beaches just a mile down the road. Park pass provided for your car. Be advised there is a 24 inch hallway and door to bathroom.
