Located on beautiful Damariscotta Lake, "Loon Lodge" is a rustic cabin from another era. Fall asleep to the sound of crickets and frogs and wake every morning to the call of the lake's many loons. The cabin is 30 minutes from Augusta and 15 minutes from Damariscotta. Hiking enthusiasts will enjoy climbing the Camden Hills-a quick 45 minute drive from the lake. You’ll love my place because of the views, the ambiance, the people, and the location. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

Overlooking Kennebec River, Riverside is a perfect setting. Open 365 days per year; 2BR, 1 BA, kitchen, DR/common area. Situates 4 comfortably, 6 with the use of couches, 8 with added use of floor mattresses. Renovated, open concept, our home is wheelchair accessible. We accept Service dogs and will consider family dogs and other pets on a case-by-case; please ask. Owners reside on property in separate building. Outdoor trail cameras and AOSU cams in use to monitor exterior of residence only.

The Stilt House

Once the island Trading Post (in the 1820's) now serves as a private retreat on Westport Island. The whole property has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1982. The building is nestled at the water's edge, half on land and half on stilts over the tidal waters of the Sheepscot River. The property has its own private deck, island, rocky beach, trails and hammock. This is an old structure - over 200 years old! A great piece of history and an absolute oasis.

Hike trails, kayak, fishing, cross-country skiing, or snowshoeing then return to your little space to relax & enjoy! Welcome to Dancing Pines Cottage! We are located across from West Harbor Pond with beautiful water views in each room. Relax on the deck or bbq on the patio or take a short drive into charming Boothbay Harbor town for lobster rolls. We have three bedrooms and a den/office and 2 full bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests. The house is private and has ample parking. One week rentals for June, July, and August (Saturday-Saturday). We accept either one dog or one cat.

Located in a historic 200 year old building "Ship Shape" is close to downtown but on a quiet tree-lined residential street. It is just one block to the library, bookstore, post office and all the lovely shops. It is on the shore of the Damariscotta River with wonderful views from inside and out.. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the light, the outdoor space, and the comfortable bed. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.
