We had a fantastic stay at Luanne's! The house is in a good location, about 10 min to downtown Boothbay Harbor. The property is beautiful with a great view of the water. The bedroom and bathroom setup worked well for us, since most bedrooms had access to its own bathroom. Everything was clean, appliances and grill worked. Luanne was very responsive to any questions and issues. Renters should note that there is a guest cottage/converted garage on the property, just about 15 feet away from the main house, and this cottage is also rented out. The property is essentially shared between the two houses. It did not become an issue during our stay, but we were cognizant that there may be another car coming up the driveway when the dogs and kids were out in the yard and it did make the property feel less private. Overall, would recommend Luanne's for a great stay close to Boothbay.

This home is absolutely stunning. The views are gorgeous. It was very nice watching the boats go in and out. Samantha was so fast to respond when I asked where to purchase fresh lobsters. We just walked down to the docks and Brian sold us fresh caught lobsters right off the dock. So delicious !!! Definitely want to return to this Airbnb when the weather gets a little warmer.

Location, location, location! Loved the space and we walked to restaurants, shops and even sightseeing spots. The host was very responsive to questions, although she also provided detailed instructions and recommendations where contact was minimal. We would definitely stay here again. The views from the space are truly breathtaking and it is very private as well.

We thought this was a wonderful Air BandB! It is a modern, well built building nestled in the woods with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Everything is clean and comfortable, easy parking and a very nice deck. You are within 10 minutes of good restaurants, a great food coop and nice hikes. We would definitely return!

Great location on Back River. short drive to wiscasset and groceries. Fun to sit and watch the tides.

Absolutely heavenly stay in this authentically Ocean Point home. My family has been visiting Ocean Point for 40 years now and this house is so recognizable to us: it is absolutely a centerpiece of the coastal landscape, and we felt overjoyed to be able to stay there. There’s plenty of space for a family to gather, uninterrupted views, and all the charm of objects gathered over the history of the home. Thank you to Wendy for being such an excellent hostess!

Penny stayed up late until we got there to welcome us to Maine. She was always smiling! She takes care of her place and wants all feedback. I would diffently recommend her to everyone. Penny thanks for making our trip to Maine so great!
