Bresby Cottage, 3 Bedroom Country Cottage

Bresby Cottage is set in a rural farm location surrounded by private secure gardens. The Cottage is fully modernised and is a warm and comfortable. Comprises a cosy living room, fully fitted kitchen, electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine and dryer are situated in the utility. There are two large bedrooms, one twin and a double, a third bedroom is situated off the double and can be utilised as a single bedroom/cot room or simply a dressing room.

It still retains many of the original features; a perfect retreat to enjoy a relaxing break away. Only 2 miles from Lincoln, with easy acess to the city. There is also safe, private parking on site. Within our village, there are 2 lovely pubs, one serving food, a fish & chip shop, Chinese takeaway and the Co-op store is within 2 minutes.

The house has been recently renovated to a high standard is very warm and cosy. No.17 is in a quiet side street so a good nights sleep is guaranteed. It is set in the beautiful village of Brattleby in rural Lincolnshire just 10 minutes drive from the historic city of Lincoln.
