Puddle Duck Cottage

Puddle Duck Cottage is a charming and beautifully renovated retreat nestled on the edge of the Village Green in the Yorkshire Wolds village of Hutton Cranswick. It is just a short stroll to the local pub, shop, well stocked farm shop as well as a locally renowned butchers. Excellent rail and bus links offer easy access to the Yorkshire coast and the vibrant market towns of Driffield (5 min) & Beverley (<10 min). Puddleduck Cottage offers a cozy and stylish ecape, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

Swimming and Entertainment on site should you wish at an extra cost through passes purchased on site at reception . A regular bus service . Shop , bar and restaurant also available on site as well as a laundrette . Located within a short drive to Hornsea , Bridlington and Filey Many dog walks available around the area . Contractors very welcome The site hub is closed 2/11/25 to -3/3/25

A perfect base for exploring East Coast towns; Bridlington and Scarborough etc.

There is 1 double bedroom with en-suite, large lounge with Sky tv, sunroom/2nd bedroom with double sofa bed and a dining table and there is a separate toilet. The cottage has a spacious outdoor area with a BBQ and fire pit. It's a 15 to 20 minute walk into town, shops, restaurants, pubs etc. Beach access very close.

Welcome to “Pear Cottage” Walk in through the front door to find a characterful cottage located just a short walk to Skipsea and ten minutes drive to Hornsea town center. Pop the kettle on & make your way to the secluded tranquil rear garden and enjoy the sounds of the countryside. Take in the sunset at what is said to be the sunniest spot in Skipsea before getting cosy in front of the wood burning fire for the night. Wake up being spoilt for choice with many dog friendly beaches nearby.

The Pump House is nestled within the Ancient village of Pockthorpe in the beautiful countryside of East Yorkshire.
