The Old Forge, gorgeous 2 bedroom cottage

In Aldwincle village 5 miles from the historic market town of Oundle. Beautiful recently converted bright space with open plan well equipped kitchen, dining and living room with a woodburner. Great country walks and a nature reserve within five minutes. A pretty enclosed garden with patio and a view of the church. Two bedrooms with comfortable Hypnos beds, one king size bed, the other has twin beds. Off street parking for 2 cars. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome but not to be left alone.

Fruit Barn - boutique, luxury, secure parking.

Fruit barn is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance. It was newly built to a high spec in 2025. Beds are from Neptune and bed linen from The White Company. 1 x king bed and 2 x single beds. There can be an extra single added. Bedrooms have black out curtains. There isn’t a cooker but there is a microwave, a Dualit toaster, kettle, Nespresso & small fridge. There is a fabulous pub in the village - The Bell, which serves lunch and dinner. The barn is set within a 3 acre garden

Beautiful, quiet barn conversion

This old stone barn was converted to a high standard in 2005 and is in a quiet rural village location with wonderful countryside for walking, fishing, cycling etc. With a high vaulted ceiling, modern kitchen and bathroom the bedroom is large enough to have 2 king size beds and a sofa bed and can sleep 5 people in comfort. The collection of classic bikes displayed on the wall will amaze and inspire. The village has a lovely pub, chip shop, Indian takeaway, lake, River Nene. Great location.

Located in a peaceful Northamptonshire village, Spinney Loft provides a calm and tranquil setting. Well equipped one bedroom apartment located above our garage/old stables. The lounge area is spacious with a comfortable sofa, smart TV and desk. Fully equipped kitchen; electric hob, air fryer, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, washing machine and integrated dryer. The bedroom has a super king size bed which can be separated as twins. Spacious shower room, towels are provided.

We can’t wait to welcome you to our charming, peaceful annex in the heart of picturesque Stanwick. It’s a home from home with everything you’ll need for a stress-free getaway. We’re just a few steps from the Duke of Wellington pub, 10 mins walk from the Stanwick Hotel, 20 mins walk from Stanwick Lakes for walking/biking, 6 mins drive from Rushden Lakes shopping. Village has a shop and post office and regular bus service. Property sleeps up to 4 (2 in bedroom plus 2 sofa beds in lounge)

In spring and summer, enjoy the peaceful, private garden and sunny courtyard, perfect for morning coffee or relaxing evenings outdoors. The surrounding countryside offers lovely walks, woodland trails, and cycling routes right from the doorstep, and four-legged friends are very welcome. Ideal for unwinding in nature.

Luxurious country cottage.

A 5 star cottage beautifully equipped with large windows overlooking courtyard garden with pond and fountain to the front of the property and a private garden to the rear with patio area, garden furniture, flower beds and lawn. Local walks from the door around Titchmarsh Nature Reserve, Lakes, Nene Way etc. Fox Inn Pub in village, excellent. River access in village for paddle boarding etc. Local shopping in Oundle/Thrapston with Waitrose etc within 5 miles.

Cosy apartment in town centre

Enjoy a stylish experience at this quite, centrally-located place in a heart of Northamptonshire, little town called Finedon. Dedicated parking spot making sure that you never need to wait to find one. A second floor apartment have 1 bedroom which can be fitted with 2 single beds for individuals or a king size (combined singles with a topping) for couples. We fitted the property with all the necessities what you possibly need.
