Our refurbished home was built in 1945, a block from the bay & the Atlantic City skyline. We are conveniently located 7 miles from AC, Airport, Margate & Ventnor. This cozy private bedroom & full bath is attached to our home behind our kitchen(dead bolted door) not accessible to the rest of the house. A private door w/key pad entry, patio, mini fridge w/brita water pitcher, table, 4 chairs, high speed wifi, mini split AC/heat, Keurig coffee/tea maker, overhead light fan is awaiting your arrival!

The house is just a few steps away from a quiet ocean beach and only a 5-minute drive to the guarded bay beach. Walking distance to popular restaurants (Daddy-O and Custard Hut). Our newly-renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit Sleeps 6 comfortably. This is a 2nd and 3rd floor unit so you "MUST BE OK WITH STAIRS". You will have 2 private decks off of the unit with a bay view.

The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

Newly Renovated Bayfront Charmer

NEW ADDITION/RENO COMPLETED FOR 2023 SEASON. 1st floor unit of BAYFRONT duplex with amazing views & location on quiet street but you can still walk to the center of Beach Haven. Enjoy stunning views & breezes from the daybed & dining table on private deck. Hop in the bay for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding & the beach is a short 3 blocks. Crab and fish off the bulkhead, relax in the hammock and enjoy evenings roasting marshmallows around the fire pit with the sounds of the bay.

The Lighthouse Studio LBI area

The Lighthouse - private lock and key room in my home on the third floor with private entrance. Private bath with rain shower. Living area, chair and couch, large closet, reading nook, dining table with 2 chairs. Kitchenette w fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, pur water filter, dishes, glasses, silver, microwave, dish towels, cleaning supplies. Queen bed with brand new mattress ! Everything you need is here. Provided are clean sheets, pillows, blankets, shower towels, hand towels.

Lagoon Life in Tuckerton Beach with Dock

New split air conditioning units have been added as of 2023! Charming waterfront ranch on a quiet lagoon in Tuckerton Beach. Bring your boat to put in at one of our local marina ramps and dock in front of our house for your entire stay! Enjoy the view, kayaks (2), fire pit, and meals on the grill for a true lagoon life experience! We would love to host your fishing trip, get away, or family vacation! Pets are welcome but please include them in your reservation for accurate pricing.

Perfectly situated First Floor Condo walking distance to Beach and Bay. Close walking distance to the beautiful Hotel LBI! The Local some of LBI's best restaurants, donut shops, CVS and Wawa in walking distance *Peak Season May - Labor Day* - Bedroom Linens - Let me know if you are bringing your own or need provided 4 beach passes will be supplied with your stay. Loss of a beach pass has to be replaced before exiting your stay. 2 Beach chairs available for your use TY :)

This spacious private In-law Suite is located within a luxurious home and features a private entrance, furnished Living room, complete Kitchen, a Master Bedroom, and a Master Bathroom. There is also a patio. It is located on the North end of Brigantine Island in a quiet residential neighborhood. Nearby you will find the Brigantine golf course and beach (1 mile). Just over the bridge is an abundance of Casinos with various entertainment and numerous restaurants.
