Deck extending over pond is available for swimming and fishing. Licensed fishing preserve-no license required. Hiking trails available. Excellent birding. No cleaning charge.

Spend the day on the lake or on our large lake view patio, then unwind at night at our fire pit or in the hot tub! Nearby, you can find a drive-in movie theater, mini golf and ice cream- fun for everyone! In the winter months, bring your snowmobiles to enjoy direct access to hundreds of miles of marked and groomed snowmobile trails including nearby Letchworth State Park.

It comes equipped with a dock for boat access. Boat rentals are nearby at local marinas. Enjoy a full-view sun porch with the sounds of the lake in your mornings while enjoying your coffee. Two ski resorts (Hunt Hollow & Bristol) are less than 15 minutes away for year-round fun and access to a private dock is provided.

Located on the west side of Silver Lake, minutes from Letchworth State Park and the village of Perry NY. The cottage is best suited for two Adults and one small child.
