A secluded slice of heaven overlooking Conesus Lake. Close to Letchworth, Geneseo, breweries, wineries, restaurants, flea markets, farm stands, Amish country and so many other fun adventures.The property is fenced in for your furry family and has a large covered fire pit, stock tank pool, two full bathrooms, washer, dryer, gas grill with side burner.There is RV air conditioning and a window unit in the primary bedroom. Stay at a gorgeous 4,500 sq. ft. home on a working ranch, just five minutes from Letchworth State Park. Book horseback rides, hike on the 50 beautiful acres of trails at the ranch, enjoy the beautiful view from our deck with a good book, or spend some time in the pool, hot tub or sauna. We are also located ten minutes from Swain Ski Resort. Don’t forget, if you need additional space, book our ranch-hand cabin. This cabin is furnished with a queen bed, chairs, and a woodstove. Historic & beautiful Conesus Lake property. Built in 1920 & operated as a restaurant & bar until the 90's. Now a 4 bedroom, 2 bath half house. 2 miles south of Long Point Park on the West side. Lake access with dock & kayaks provided. No parties please. Livingroom downstairs & another upstairs, game room with card table, dart board, & bar. Both livingrooms are equipped with Streaming TV's (Roku,Firestick). Wi-fi. Guests can access 30 ft of lakefront, as well as a volleyball court & pool.

The Famous Finger Lake Wineries and Breweries are a short drive away. We are also 20 minutes away from Bristol Mountain Ski Resort.
