Set within the bustling community of Mullion village, this delightful old cottage is featured on the Mullion Heritage Trail, its records dating back to 1783. With a covered parking space beside it and free additional parking available close by. It has a small, fully enclosed private rear courtyard. Deceptively large downstairs open plan living space, with a multi-fuel burner which is a great place to relax together. Towels and bedding provided. Within 1 mile away from South West coast footpath, easy reach of Poldhu, Polurian beaches & Mullion Harbour. 2 local dog friendly pubs within 200 metres. Other restaurants/hotels are close by & 2 local food stores within easy walking distance. There is a fish & shop in the village offering takeaway or eat in the restaurant, serving very high quality food. Mullion also boasts an 18 hole golf course & welcoming club that serves excellent food. You can even learn to surf at Poldu beach or contact Lizard Adventure for paddleboarding, kayaking or rock climbing & survival skills activities. There are horse riding stables in the village. The South West Coast Path is on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The Dinghy - A traditional Fishermans cottage, it is one of the oldest properties, nestled into the coastal village of Coverack. It been in our family for around 200 years. It provides a modern, quirky interior with traditional beams, note ceiling height is around 6’, there is a enclosed south facing sunny terrace looking out to sea. Situated just a stones throw from the crystal clear waters of Coverack beach, which is safe for swimming and direct access onto the South West Coastal Path.

Take a restful retreat in our Scandi inspired Cornish cottage, tucked away on a pretty side street, yet moments away from Helston town centre with shops, cafe's, a small cinema and the CAST arts centre with pottery and yoga on your doorstep. Just a short drive to the sea and acclaimed restaurants of Porthleven. Watch the sunset from the window seat with views across the valley, while sounds of the church bells and the Helston brass band waft through the air.

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
