Farm Cottage for a escape to the country

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

Set between the Brecon Beacons and the Gower Coast, with 10 acres of meadow bordered by a small river The Annexe offers the perfect getaway for dog owners and nature lovers alike. We have a huge variety of wild flowers and bird life and our dark skies offer perfect opportunities for star gazing. We are rural but not isolated and surrounded by castles, beaches and the National Botanic Gardens is just 15 minutes away. Further out are the Gower and Tenby beaches and walks and waterfalls of Brecon.

Tŷ Rhids, our unique Tiny House, near Glantowy Farm, in the stunning Towy Valley, is the perfect cosy rural retreat for two. Spectacular views include Paxton's Tower on its wooded hill top and the ancient Dryslwyn Castle which sits high above the meandering Towy River. Outstanding food and drink is within strolling distance at Wright's Food Emporium and The Emlyn Arms in Llanarthney village. The National Botanic Garden of Wales, Aberglasney Gardens, walking, cycling and fishing are nearby.

There is a 2-seater snuggler settee to relax and enjoy the spectacular view of the countryside and nearby coastline. Outside is a firepit, table, chairs and a Jacuzzi hot tub. The property sits in the most spectacular location in the heart of the beautiful Towy Valley and adjacent to the river in an elevated position with uninterrupted views to the river from a large private balcony with glass balustrades. Just 5 miles from the market town of Carmarthen and the town of Llandeilo and a short drive to many spectacular beaches of Gower and Pembrokeshire. The town of Laugharne, Dylan Thomas’s birthplace with estuary and castle is well worth a visit.
