The apartment offers breath taking sea views of Llanelli beach, Loughor estuary and across to the Gower. Cosy spacious flat is ideal as a base to explore West Wales. The block is undergoing external renovation works from April to December 2026. The views are partially obstructed and the balcony is not in use due to balcony floors being replaced hence the reduced price. No work over weekends

The cottage is a self contained unit which sleeps 4/5 people with wood burning stove, sunroom, ample off road parking and open spaces for children. There is no enclosed garden area and the spaces are open. The cottage is based in a quiet rural area but close to shopping centres, tourist attractions and castles.

The cottages are situated in the grounds of my house which has a large wall surrounding the property. entry to the courtyard is through a gated key pad entry. The cottages are situated I mile from town centre but pubs and eating places are nearer within walking distance.
