Located in the historic Railyard District, you are a short walk from Badu Park, Lake Llano, the downtown square, stores, and restaurants. The 1,539 square foot historic loft features an open floorplan w/ a full kitchen, a 15' bar, a dining area, a living area w/ fireplace, a billiard table, 15' copper ceilings, granite stone walls, and original hardwood floors. Each bedroom suite features soaring ceilings, a clawfoot tub, a private bathroom, a cloudlike Beautyrest mattress, and a flat-screen TV.

Welcome to our cozy, light filled bungalow in downtown Llano, TX! This modern space is made special with vaulted ceilings, huge windows, a screened in patio. Enjoy our eclectic book selection, spin our hand selected records, or sit under the 500 year old oak tree. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while watching birds, deer, and other wildlife. Spend your day on the beach at the Llano River fishing, swimming, or hunting for rocks. The starry skies are a must after you grab a bite to eat.

Canoe (1) and kayaks (three touring/fishing and one whitewater) included in rental. Nearby attractions include Longhorn Caverns, Inks Lake State Park, National Fish Hatchery, wineries, and restaurants in nearby towns of Marble Falls and Kingsland.
