The 1,539 square foot historic loft features an open floorplan w/ a full kitchen, a 15' bar, a dining area, a living area w/ fireplace, a billiard table, 15' copper ceilings, granite stone walls, and original hardwood floors. Each bedroom suite features soaring ceilings, a clawfoot tub, a private bathroom, a cloudlike Beautyrest mattress, and a flat-screen TV.

Welcome to our cozy, light filled bungalow in downtown Llano, TX! This modern space is made special with vaulted ceilings, huge windows, a screened in patio. Enjoy our eclectic book selection, spin our hand selected records, or sit under the 500 year old oak tree. Guest reports 3/26: Regular nightcrawlers (not green) worked for sunfish and largemouth bass. Chicken liver caught catfish. The white bass were hitting artificial crank baits You will likely not see another person unless you go to nearby state parks or wineries or to town for antiquing. Canoe & gear provided!

Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while watching birds, deer, and other wildlife. Spend your day on the beach at the Llano River fishing, swimming, or hunting for rocks. The starry skies are a must after you grab a bite to eat.

The Llano River is about 500 yards from the property and the Colorado River less than 10 minutes away. Lake LBJ, Lake Buchanan and several other lakes are 10-20 minutes away. Less than 10 minutes from a major grocery store (HEB), 8 restaurants, several drive-in stores, and three Dollar Stores. Wal-Mart is an easy 15 minute drive to beautiful Marble Falls TX. There is swimming, fishing, hiking, wildlife and the beautiful outdoors of the Texas Hill Country.
