Welcome to our cozy, light filled bungalow in downtown Llano, TX! This modern space is made special with vaulted ceilings, huge windows, a screened in patio. Enjoy our eclectic book selection, spin our hand selected records, or sit under the 500 year old oak tree. A 2 block walk transports you to the downtown square for shopping, dining, and the beautiful Llano river! Follow us @staylucetx for farm+design inspo! We encourage you to explore our variety of activities: horse back riding, hunting, fishing, UTV rentals & more! Tres Molinos has free-roaming wildlife, goats, chickens, cows & exotics. You’re welcome to grab farm fresh eggs from the chicken coop for breakfast! Our animals are free roaming, as well as working dogs that watch over the ranch, so we require that your furry family member/s be leashed at all times when outdoors. TM is horse friendly w/stalls & arena, contact us for more information.

The Sapling Treehouse is a luxury cabin stilted among young oaks on the slice of Hill Country heaven that we call The Meadow. The Sapling overlooks the south bank of the Palo Alto Creek to the distant hills beyond. It has a king bed, a well-appointed kitchenette, and a large master bath with a double rain shower and soak tub. There is a romantic lounging gazebo on its large private deck as well as a grill & griddle combo with propane provided.
