New Inn station is a five minute drive away with trains going directly into Cardiff.

Little oak Barn is a self contained annex that sits 2.5 miles outside the village of Raglan which offers a good selection of Restaurants, a village store and a garden centre. Brecon Beacons National Park and the Wye Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty are both within 10 miles. For those that like mountain walking, you will be spoilt for choice. This little piece of heaven sits in the centre of the village of Raglan, within the grounds of Willsbrook House, just moments from its castle & within walking distance of a pub, restaurant, village Supermarket (Tesco 7am-11pm) & award winning butcher. Ideally located for exploring Tintern Abbey, floral Usk, Abergavenny and Monmouth (all under 10 miles) visitors can also enjoy golf courses abound and the Breacon Beacons, Offa's Dyke, Wye and Usk Valleys which all provide good walking.

Relaxing is easy in Dry Dock Cottage: there’s a cinema snug, roll-top bath and king-size bed. The high-tech gadgetry means that, at the touch of a screen, you can control the heating, close the blinds, dim the lights and play your favourite music. With spectacular views from all four levels, this open-plan former dry dock sits at the very water’s edge. Open the bi-fold glass doors from the lounge area, to get even closer to the ducks and the boats that pass by. Pets are welcome, too.
