The house offers a screened in porch from which to watch beautiful sunsets and an outdoor Ramada from which to bird watch, grill or enjoy a glass of wine. Under the Oaks is located under 3 enormous oak trees; hence the name. These beautiful trees offer shade, scenery and homes to many varieties of birds.
