Coastguard Cottage is a 3 bedroom stone built cottage set over 4 floors, with period features like cast iron fireplaces in bedrooms and a feature cast iron cooking range. We of course have an electric/halogen oven/hob and a dishwasher, Smart LCD TV and soundbar in Lounge, and small smart TV in Kitchen, along with Fast BT Infinity broadband. Coastguards offers comfortable living in a spacious and well equipped house in the heart of the old village, close to the boats, shops, cafes and pubs.

Kellys Place This beautifully refurbished two bedroom apartment in the magnificent Zetland building located in the fantastic Victorian seaside town of Saltburn by the sea. Breath taking sea views from all of the rooms. The double bedroom boasts a wake up view of the of the sea and if you are an early bird it also benefits from the most amazing sunrises which you can see rise over the horizon. Woodland Lodge is a single-storey, detached lodge set at the bottom of a steep hill in a quiet part of the village of Staithes, in the North York Moors National Park. With a small enclosed courtyard and an open-plan living space as well as private parking, Woodland Lodge is the perfect base in which to relax after a day of exploring this fantastic coastal area. Staithes Beck runs alongside the site with its own waterfall and wildlife. It also offers bicycle storage, and an outside tap.

Hillfoot Cottage - charming country character.

Hillfoot Cottage is a cosy and comfortable 350 yr old cottage which began life as a pig sty in the quiet country village of Yearby, near Redcar. Offering peace and tranquility with local walks on your doorstep. Located a short drive to the seaside town of Redcar and Market town of Guisborough, within 1/2 hours drive to the North York Moors National Park and Whitby and within 1 hours drive to the Yorkshire Dales. An abundance of wild birds are to be found in the gardens of our cottage.

The Bottom Pigsty at Fowl Green Farm

Bottom Pigsty The Bottom Pigsty is a mezzanine style cottage. The downstairs space is an open-plan living area with a separate wet room shower, basin and toilet. There is a kitchen area with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and all the appliances and crockery, pans and oven wear you will need for your stay. There is a TV, Wi-Fi and USB sockets. Upstairs is a mezzanine overlooking the lower level. Sleeping is in double bed and a single with trundle (sleeping 4 comfortably in one space.

Griff Cottage is located in Skinningrove on the North Yorkshire coast, stay local and enjoy the two fantastic beaches or use the cottage as a base to explore the beautiful coastline and the North Yorkshire Moors. Just a few hundred yards from the Cleveland Way and short walk to the local pub serving food. The cottage has been fully refurbished and is maintained to a very high standard and every effort has made to ensure your stay with us is as perfect as possible.

Little Owl Landpod

Set slap bang in the middle of the North York Moors, Little Owl is a truely special space to sit back, relax and soak up the magic of the moors! The Landpods are suitable for small families but we do not accept groups or parties. There are two small double beds but bedding is not provided. There is electricity in the pods and a Shepherds Hut next to them for cooking. The toilets are only short walk away and there is a fire pit to enjoy those special evenings!

One bedroomed holiday home on a dairy farm.

This self contained holiday cottage offers a chance to get closer to the workings of a family dairy farm. It is situated in the North York Moors National Park, midway between the moors and the coast and just a fifteen minute drive (or slightly longer bus ride) from Whitby. The accomodation is unusually spacious for a one bedroomed cottage, it is light, warm and very well insulated but don’t forget there is the potential for noise and smells from the farm!

In the grounds of the property there is a paddock with seating and barbecue area, with a view of the ocean in the distance and surrounding countryside.
