Our favorite place! Highly recommended. We try to come to the cabin once a month and look forward to the beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The cabin is so comfy and special. Ryan is an excellent and responsive host!

Wonderful stay and host! Photos don’t do this property justice, even better in person! The care and attention to even the smallest indoor and outdoor comfort things was wonderful! Tiki torches full of mosquito oil, propane in the grill and deck fire place, coffee and snacks, once already made, etc. The outside space was just perfect and so very peaceful! Exactly what I was looking for as the first location for my Ozark Mountain hiking trip!! This place exceeded my expectations! I’ll stay here again next time I’m down for sure!

We loved staying here! There were 2 really friendly sweet dogs that greeted us when we arrived and as we were around the property. I’m sure they stayed because we gave them so much attention. We enjoyed visiting the chickens and Debbie was so kind to invite me to gather the eggs and bring them with us! We fed the catfish and thoroughly enjoyed watching that! We brought tackle but ended up not fishing. Conveniently located right off the highway, perfect distance between Booneville and Paris, great to access groceries and such without being in a town. There is a very helpful binder full of information about local eateries, the wineries in Altus, the mountains around-very thorough! The bathroom was gorgeous and so clean! We will be purchasing pillows like the ones on the bed, we loved them! Owners house is closer than I realized which wasn’t a problem at all! We saw them as we arrived but they worked so hard to give us privacy! 10/10! We hope to come back soon!

Absolutely amazing place! Was a little put off by clothes and items left behind by owner in drawers and closets at first but David was very responsive and the house was very clean and beautiful. The location was perfect and the back porch and yard perfect for the kids to run around in. We were very happy with our stay and absolutely would stay there again.

This is truly a quaint and cozy gem. Perfect for those wanting to visit Mt. Magazine, or Blue Mountain Lake. We stay here when visiting friends in nearby Belleville. Having coffee on the peaceful front porch in the morning while watching the birds, and cows grazing across the street in the green pasture, is always one of the favorite parts of my trip.

Everything was as described and as listed. Ideal location for off-roading in the area. Yard was freshly mowed on our arrival and we enjoyed an evening around the lovely fire pit in the yard. No issues checking in or out.
