The house was great—very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The only downside was that the location was a bit tricky to find at first, as the GPS took us to a different spot. Once we figured it out, everything else went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a great time staying. Hosts were very quick with responses and accommodated everything we needed. We have family a couple doors down so the location is perfect and it’s not too far from manyyy beautiful beaches ! But having your own private pool for days you don’t want to get sand everywhere was perfect ! The house is very spacious and perfect for a family vacation home to stay in. We can’t wait to come back and stay again ❤️

I had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom, 1-bath home! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. If you are looking to be with “ the locals” Loiza is where it is at. The house is situated in a local neighborhood. The people are friendly, the house is beautiful. The food is amazing ! We ate at a local spot called “ Iguana” . In terms of communication, if I messaged Edith, her response time was immediate or a short time later. I’d check out Piñones Beach. There are little shops and food stands near the beach. Bring cash. I’d definitely book with Edith again :).

The home was a perfect location for myself and colleagues as we traveled around San Juan. Cristina was very quick to send instructions and responded quickly to any questions I had for her. A big home with plenty of space. It was a great place to stay and a great price!

Lamentablemente mi viaje no fue de placer o ocio, fue un viaje por la repentina pérdida de familiar muy cercano, y aunque solo llegábamos al lugar a dormir, nuestra experiencia fue muy grata, fuera de un pequeño percance al momento del Check-in, que fue resuelto rápidamente. Loved the placed. Great area close to everything. Supermarket 30 second drive from place (2 minutes walking). The pool was excellent, especially for toddlers. My 2 year old had a blast. Will definitely stay again for our next vacay. Lastly, Rey was very responsive and communication was great.

We loved our stay at Julie and Pablo’s place! The home is very spacious, clean and has everything you might need. The grounds are beautiful. We had wanted to try out the lazy river but it was closed during our stay. The other pools were great though! The private beach was perfect with such blue water! The neighborhood surrounding Aquátika wasn’t as we had expected but since we were driving to visit other locations it wasn’t a problem. We did enjoy a local pizza place (Rosa’s) and visited the close by supermarket. My family especially enjoyed the rooftop deck and pool table. We would recommend this beautiful home to anyone

My wife and I took our two boys (ages 9, 13) on this trip. They both love beach time. This location was great for short outings at the attached beach, but also driving to other beaches that are just 20-30 minutes away. Things that made the trip so much easier, and so much better: -Recreational stuff provided, like coolers, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, floaties, and more. Our boys spent hours on those boogie boards. -Washer/dryer: Great for a longer trip. -Kitchen stuff: If you stock up, you can prep meals at "home". This provides all the pots, pans, knives, etc. to make yourself at home.

I had booked this spot last minute and Cathy was great. Was close to where i needed to be, i do suggest you rent a car when staying here. The big windows are beautiful the rooftop area was my favorite. The beach on property was clean and spacious. The lazy River is under construction right now but there are a few other pools to hang out by. Cathy’s spot also has more than enough things for you to use while at the beach, chairs, towels, cooler, and things for the kids to play with.

Habacuc was very responsive about the whole process, even when we were there. We had a couple of questions and he answered them in a very timely manner and filled the air in the balls as requested. We felt the description and pictures of the place and the resort were very accurate. I even thought the space was nicer than depicted in pictures. The kitchen was well stocked and we never needed anything major for general cooking and cleaning.

This was a perfect place for our group of five. It was extremely clean, which we appreciated all the more knowing how hard it is to keep it so on an island. Everything we needed was in the house and more (games, beach chairs, plenty of towels). Kitchen, bathrooms and laundry worked great for us. We landed on a day with an island-wide power blackout and were pleasantly surprised to find the doors and front gate check-in were all working. This was a good area to stay in to travel to Old San Juan and the rainforest. There were a few restaurants in the area (we really liked El Parrilla) but we drove to the Walmart for groceries. You will need to drive to get around but we expected that. The pool in front of the apartment was out of service, but we had been told it would be when we booked, and the other pools were all up and usable on the property. If anything, we appreciated it was probably quieter for us at night. Would love to stay here again!

Beautiful home, we loved every detail in every room of the home. We had everything we needed and more than what we expected. Naomi was very responsive and checked in throughout our visit. There was everything we needed from toiletries beach towels to morning coffee. The AC was perfect for those extremely hot days. Lots of great photo backdrops and close to many local tourist stops, beaches and airport. I would definitely be back. Thank you for making our girls trip memorable.

We had a wonderful time! The place is nice clean and comfortable with lots of restaurants and the beach within walking distance. The view is amazing. Very peaceful, like your own little oasis! We will definitely be back!

Jayson was very responsive to any questions and/or concerns. We felt very safe in the apartment. Close to everything we could possibly need and near family. I would certainly love to stay there again when I go to Puerto Rico. I am very grateful for the hospitality.

NICE PLACE TO STAY, BUT JUST ONE A/C WORKING OF TWO. SECURITY SHOULD BE MORE STRICT, PEOPLE WITH LOUD MUSIC AND STRONG SMELL OF MARIJUANA AT THE POOL AND NEXT TO OUR APARTMENT. I ADVISED BUT NOTHING CHANGED ALL WEEKEND. HAD A PLAY PEN FOR A 2 YEAR OLD BUT HAD NO MATTRESS😳
