Nearby is CedarCliff Falls where beautiful waterfalls and hiking await you; a paved bikepath stretches for miles in both directions and three blocks from Cedarville University. This is a one-bedroom unit in a 3-unit building w/ 1 parking space. The space is completely separated from the other units in the building. The third floor living room and bedroom have a great view over the surrounding buildings. There is a spacious bathroom, with clean fresh towels, and some basic necessities, hair dryer, etc. The kitchen is new with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. All kitchenware is supplied and some basic cooking items are provided. A drip coffeemaker is provided.

We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.
