Graceville 1952 Studio Apartment

Welcome to your own private sanctuary in a quiet, leafy family suburb! You'll have the entire ground floor to yourself, with a separate entrance through French doors. The space is small but comfortable and self-contained, complete with a Smart 4K TV that you can connect to your Netflix or Stan account. My home was built in 1952 and is within walking distance of cafes, trains, and buses. Come and relax in your own cozy haven while enjoying the convenience of being close to everything you need.

Modern Eco Tiny House

This beautiful eco tiny house is a modern version of the traditional Australian shed. It is built entirely by hand, complete with restored furniture & bamboo floors. Surrounded by greenery, it is split-level, with a mezzanine bedroom, small modern kitchen & bathroom. Its private but not totally secluded as you will sometimes see one of us walk past. NB: Brisbane can be hot & humid from November to March. There is a fan but no air conditioning, so this may be a consideration for some guests.

Studio apartment in the heart of Graceville

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.

You’ll love our place because the accommodation is modern and clean with all the comforts. This is a quiet and safe area but to ensure you feel comfortable we have installed high quality security screens all round because we want you to sleep soundly in the quality bed that has been provided.

Lucy's - Private, Almost Hidden in the Green Space

Lucy's is in the creative suburb of West End. Walking from here are craft beers, fresh coffee, art spaces, live music venues, locally produced food, clothes, books, restaurants, wine bars, farmer's markets (Saturdays), all in a vibrant community. Buses are all close and the river ferry takes you to UQ or a ride into the city and beyond. Our space is quiet, well treed with herb gardens, a frog pond, birds, and lots of native wildlife. If you have a pet please ask us about hosting!

It’s 13km from the CBD, close to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, next to a park, and only 8 mins walk to a main bus route. It's close to Bundaleer Rainforest Gardens and Boulevard wedding venues and within Uber eats radius. Set on a quiet cul-de-sac with on-street parking.

Just 2.5km from the Queensland Tennis Centre at Tennyson (Around 20 minutes walk)
