This newly renovated home has hot tub and walkability to the City of Long Beach and Pacific Ocean. Interior features include fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room (seats 8) w/fireplace, coffee bar, 2 smart TV's, DVD player, King-size bed, Queen-size bunk bed, dedicated workspace, & a fully stocked bathroom. Fenced backyard has a fire pit w/6 Adirondack chairs, large picnic table & charcoal BBQ. Garage is a game room that includes a washer/dryer. Plenty of parking for vehicles and boat.

Beach Access ~ Hot Tub ~ King Bed ~ EV Charger!

Our very comfortable one-bedroom 2nd floor condo (with elevator) is located in building 12 of the lovely Westport by the Sea complex on the beach in Westport. It has a view of the State Park and the lighthouse and is just a short walk to the beach and oceanfront pathway! No ocean view, but very handy to the pool/hot tub and clubhouse. The saltwater pool is heated but seasonal (Open mid-May to mid-Oct) while the hot tub is open all year. We always allow early check-in if the condo is ready!

The living area is equipped with a gas fireplace and a couch that doubles as a futon for additional sleeping space. The kitchenette has all the essentials for dining, including dishware, silverware, and coffee-making supplies. Outside, enjoy a private yard perfect for soaking up the sun, enjoying your morning coffee, or dining alfresco in this spacious area. Pets are welcome to stay in this room.

We’ve upgraded our cottage but it still has that cozy cabin feel that guests love. Private trail across street is a 5 min. walk to the beach. Large backyard with firepit, horseshoes & chairs. Enjoy a break with an evening fire or Netflix movie (Roku smart TV). Log wood/open beams interior with AC/Heat from new mini-split. Comfortably sleeps 3 adults/3-4 children. Propane grill, crab pots, board games, patio set, beach chairs/towels/blanket, bikes and kids sand toys onsite.

This remodeled townhome is close to everything you could need for a perfect beach getaway!
