Right at the heart of Hàng Đào in Hoàn Kiếm, Duy's place was easy to find despite the ton of shops surrounding it. Also, the place was okay and suitable for our stay despite the water issues we had to face. Nevertheless, Duy was great in communicating as well. Instructions were clear to resolve issues.

What a fantastic place this is and what a kind host, I had a great time in Hanoi thanks to the tranquility of this apartment. Would definitely recommend this place to others and return here when traveling to Hanoi again!

Chỗ ở ổn, nhưng hi vọng An có thể cài đặt netflix cho toàn bộ các phòng. Mình ỷ y phòng ở chung chỗ với lần trước nên không coi kĩ. Lúc nhận phòng mới phát hiện tivi không có netflix :(. Ngoài ra thì mình cảm thấy phòng không được sạch như phòng lần trước mình ở. Mong An cải thiện hơn.

We had an absolute dream stay at Nguyen’s beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The room was immaculately clean, cozy, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many local attractions and with plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby. The communication with Nguyen was seamless, and they were always available to answer any questions or help with anything we needed. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Hanoi.

Great location. Very walkable to most tourist attractions. Great pond with fish. But could be deeper for the fish. Apart from that it’s very quiet and nice and highly recommend for people to stay. It also has a heating lamp in the shower. Very nice to keep warm when you finish showering

Highly recommended for families with young children visiting Hanoi. The property offers spacious accommodation and is surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants, making daily necessities easily accessible. While conveniently located within the city, it provides a peaceful and relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle.

I had a great stay at Thao’s place. I wanted to stay longer but it was already booked for the entire duration of my stay. However, Thao went above and beyond to help me find a place to stay for my remaining time in Hanoi. The unit is in a great, walkable location and although it’s in the city once you get in the building it’s quiet and peaceful. As a female solo traveler, I felt very safe here. This apartment has Everything you need for a comfortable stay and I highly recommend it. I would absolutely stay there again!

Lovely stay at Rosie's! Extremely close proximity to Beer Street and all the busy hostels and hotels that go with it. Despite this, there wasn't any noise at night and the room felt safe and secluded. Great communication from Rosie, easy in and out! She even booked me a ride to the airport on the way out. Very helpful.

This is a great spot to be centralized in Hanoi! We felt right in the middle of all that the city has to offer. There is so much right outside the door, but we felt very secure and private in this home. Tons of space for our family of 5. Great home base for enjoying Hanoi :)

Tolle Unterkunft, Fußläufig zur Altstadt. Khanh ist sehr nett und hat uns immer schnell geholfen. Definitiv weiterzuempfehlen.

Trang’s house provides a calm and beautiful oasis to return back to after a big day of ducking scooters and eating Bahn mi. This felt like a truly authentic Hà Nội experience staying in this beautiful home. Everyone’s jaw dropped as we walked through this home on check in and took in the incredible space. Trang was always so polite and responsive and helped us with any questions we had. I hope I get to come back to Hà Nội and if I do I will be staying here again! Don’t get a hotel or somewhere lame or ugly, get a truly Hà Nội experience that is extremely gram worthy.

The management team are friendly, even the house have 5 floors but still somwhat feels small due to the space was built vertically as how typical Vietnamese building is. It is a beautiful place for those who like to experience local way of life. The roof top bath is a great idea, and I did enjoy it while I'm here. However, if the bathtub can have some polish would be nice, it was not dirty by any means, just dusty from sitting outdoors. The location is great if you want to explore old town Hanoi. Overall worth the stay.

This is a great place for a big group. The rooms are all separated with individual locks and one bathroom per two rooms. There is a small lounge, small kitchen and outdoor roof terrace. Everything was clean. The Aircon worked well and the location was perfect - right in the middle of all the activity

Place was exactly as described. Huyen was a great host, very responsive, and helpful. Allowed me to check in a little early than the original check in time. She let me leave my luggage at her personal unit in T2 so I can walk around the mall without any hassle. She had my luggage sent to the unit and it was there when I checked in. The unit was new, spacious, clean, and the interior design was luxurious. Smells good, too! Provision of laundry pole in the balcony, spoon, and hand soap for the bathroom sink or kitchen sink would be appreciated. I saw a couple baby roaches around but maybe bec other units in the building can be kind of old. All appliances were working well. Basic amenities were included. I already booked her place again for my trip next month. Overall, I had a lovely stay! Highly recommended!

We stayed at this place first and ended up staying again at one of Austin’s other units. Both were great and would stay here again. It’s spacious and close to everything.
