Do you know the difference between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City? Hanoi is generally a clean city, although some of the roads are dirty. The centre of Hanoi is completely different from the centre of Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City is a degraded version of Bangkok. Now, this room is new and it is wonderful not to hear the footsteps of the people upstairs, which is what made me realise how wonderful Hanoi is after experiencing Ho Chi Minh City. Hanoi is quiet and reasonably priced rooms. Ho Chi Minh City is expensive and the sound of people walking upstairs echoes in the room below. This room has a separate living room and bedroom. Very comfortable to live in. I hope more people will use it. The only drawback is that, in Japanese terms, the rooms on the third floor can hear the motor noise of the shutters opening and closing at night, This noise did not disturb my sleep. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for three nights and had an enjoyable stay. Very comfortable, spacious and convenient apartment. Can recommend.

10日間ほどの滞在でしたが、とてもリラックスして過ごすことができました。 滞在中、ホストの方に幾つか質問をする事がありましたが、素早く回答や対応をいただけました。 毎日の清掃と、ウォーターサーバーの水の補給が、特に有り難かったです。 また、部屋は3つの空間（キッチン+ダイニング、リビング+ベッドルーム、シャワールーム）で分かれ、2人が別の部屋でそれぞれの仕事のWeb会議を行っても、多少の音量コントロールをすれば、干渉せずに快適に会話できました。 キッチンも充実していたので、お米を炊いたり、炒め物をしたり、何度か料理をしました。 ドラム式洗濯機があるので、洗濯や乾燥には困らなかったです。大きめな物干し竿も用意されていました。 帰りは朝早くの出発でしたが、警備員さんに入り口を開けてもらいました。柔軟な対応をありがとうございました。 振り返ると小さな出来事でしたが、少しだけ気になった点は下記の辺り。 ・初日に前の宿泊客の忘れ物が見つかった（清掃漏れ？） ・シーツに小さな破れやシミ ・清掃時間がマチマチで、9時前などにノックされることがある ・清掃時間の希望が、清掃担当に伝わっていないことがある ・食器や調理器具は充実しているが、少し汚れが気になる ・部屋の鍵のパスコードが単純で少し心配（防犯カメラや警備員の滞在などはある） とはいえ、トータルとしてはとても満足度の高い滞在となりました。 旧市街エリアからは30分ほど離れていますが、その分比較的落ち着いており、もう少しローカルなお店などもあり、楽しい街歩きができました。 ポイントを押さえれば、十分な設備とサービスが揃っていると思うので、条件が一致する人にはとてもオススメできる宿です。 ありがとうございました。

Wir konnten unser Gepäck vor der offiziellen Check In Zeit an der Rezeption abgeben. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und groß, die Küche war gut ausgestattet und das Badezimmer sauber. Die Lage war perfekt und zu Fuß für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Wenn ich wieder in Hanoi bin werde ich hier wieder buchen.

great Airbnb find

Host was incredibly responsive, dealt with any issue we had in a prompt and efficient fashion and went over and above to provide recommendations for restaurants and local things to do in Hanoi. The location was ideal as in heart of the old quarter, walking distance to excellent restaurants and entertainment. The host provided excellent recommendations for local Vietnamese restaurants in particular, some of the best food I have ever had. The AirBnb was exactly as expected from the pictures and description on site. Host also arranged transportation from airport, which provided seamless transport to AirBnb.

Anna was the best on top of already a great stay that was very relaxing and convenient, she helped facilitate the retrieval of two items we left behind. She was absolutely lovely and an amazing host

Our family had a fantastic stay at Vu's property. Location wise it is in a terrific spot, literally metres from the Operah House and close to some excellent attractions and amenities. The property is rather unique spread across 4 levels offering excellent privacy for multiple guests. Vu is an excellent host and was reliable before, during and after our stay.

I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and spacious place to stay. The host was incredibly attentive, kind, and accommodating. The place was spotless and well-maintained, perfect for our family's needs. We all had a great night's sleep thanks to the quiet surroundings and comfortable beds. The host also provided all the basic personal hygiene essentials, which was a thoughtful touch. The kitchen and dining area were clean, well-equipped, and spacious, making mealtime a breeze. We were also grateful for the host's flexibility when we needed to stay an extra hour without any extra charge. Overall, our stay was perfect, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back someday. Just wanted to say how awesome the place was. All places nearby are tourist spots and always enroute from one place to another.

Good, convenient location in the old quarter with a minimart nearby. Clean rooms and good amenities, especially the water dispenser. The host, Tung, is responsive and friendly. However, do note the two rooms on top of the house are not separated by doors if you planning to come as a group of couples who want some privacy. Other than that, great and affordable place 👍🏼

Good location near old quarter but a bit quieter away from the hustle and bustle! Very nice for a group of friends! Each room is on a different floor though , something to consider with big baggage. Otherwise host was very nice and accommodating! Highly recommend!

とても滞在しやすい場所です。 近くには有名なフォーやブンチャーの店もあり朝からローカルグルメを楽しめます。 旧市街にはGrabタクシーを使ってすぐに行けます。 部屋には滞在に必要なものは揃っていてワイングラスがあったのは嬉しかったです。 洗濯機と乾燥機は共同で使えるものが1階にあります。 オーナーとのコミニケーションはすぐに取れるため、色々な事を相談にのってくれます。 9日滞在して最高でした。 ハノイに行く時は、また利用させて下さい。

Superb location! The house was very accommodating and had abundant amenities, like everything we could ask for. Also, Nga is always helpful during our stay. I highly recommend this place, truly remarkable.

Lovely place. The staff at the building were all very nice and considerate. I'd choose this place over newer apartments without room service and concierge service any day. The serenity is also hard to find in Hanoi.

Helluvah deal for the price. Washing machine was so useful and the cafe downstairs always was pleasant to wake up to the smell of coffee. Even though there isn’t a TV , the decor of the room surely makes up for it in order to assist in unplugging from the modern world. Although, if unplugging isn’t your cup of tea, the WiFi was surely fast and Hung is a pleasure to talk to since he’s so nice and accommodating. I even enjoyed walking up the stairs to the room since I viewed it as an addition to my daily steps. I even extended my trip in order stay here for an additional month. Fitness & yoga center AK was my go to gym every morning because it was about a 5 minute walk away and it only cost roughly 70.000ð for their daily drop in. Out of all of the airbnbs that I’ve stayed at in this city, this one is hands down my favorite one because of the beautiful interior 👌

Loan und Phuong waren großartige Gastgeber. Von Beginn der Buchung bis zur Abreise standen Sie uns mit hilfreichen Informationen und einer ausführlichen Beschreibung zum Check-in zur Seite. Die Wohnung war wie in der Beschreibung, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Ich kann die Wohnung als auch Loan und Phuong als Gastgeber sehr empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The place had everything I needed and is close to delicious restaurants and important landmarks. Host is super responsive and even had a scale for me to weigh my luggage. I was able to do laundry after a few weeks of travel. There is a friendly security person guarding the building at all times. I had a wonderful stay here and would love to come back!
