The sunny south-facing guest suite is in our home in this busy village close to historic Oxford with great road, rail & bus links. A short walk to the station for a 10min train ride to Oxford (& London), a direct bus stops right outside our house, lots of woodland/country walks & Red Kites circling overhead. Blenheim Palace is nearby. A perfect base for exploring Oxfordshire & the Cotswolds. An excellent CoOp grocery, a fish‘n’chip/pizza takeaway, a b'fast cafe/coffee shop, and good local pubs.

Country Cottage 1 - Oxford/Cotswolds/Bicester

Idyllically situated 6k Central Oxford, 5k Summertown, 5k Woodstock and Blenheim Palace, 20k Burford (gateway to The Cotswolds) 20k Bicester Village and overlooking the historic St. Peter's Church, the cottages have been luxuriously appointed to the highest contemporary standard. Constructed of Cotswold stone with central and underfloor heating. The studio style layout provides a double room and bed with en-suite bathroom. Downstairs is a fitted kitchen, open plan living room and breakfast bar.

The Walkers rest

Close to an area of outstanding natural beauty that is West Oxfordshire. A pretty and easy space to relax or use as a base to explore on foot, cycle or beyond, by rail. On the edge of the Cotswolds in one direction and not too far for shopping in the other, you could consider your options while walking across the countryside for a meal in one of the nearby villages. We don’t have a shop or pub here, but a twenty minute walk or five minute drive will get your essentials we haven’t thought of.

Situated just 10 miles northwest from historic Oxford, and just a 20 minute walk from Blenheim Palace and a 10 minute drive to the pretty market town of Woodstock, this is the ideal place to stay and explore the Cotswolds and surrounding countryside. We are a 10 minute drive from Blenheim Palace and Estelle Manor, 20 mins from Soho Farmhouse and 30 mins from Daylesford and Oxford's dreaming spires. The cottage has been fully restored to a modern country style and equipped with luxury British brands including 100 Acres, Soho Home and Daylesford Organic.

Garden Annex/Cabin: country view: long/short stays

Private entrance, workspace/Wi-Fi, parking, lovely countryside view, includes breakfast provisions. A comfortable base for working professionals or those travelling/sightseeing. Underfloor heating ensures comfort in colder weather. Sofa-bed not made up by default, advise in advance if needed. Estelle Manor 1.5 miles, Woodstock/Blenheim Palace/Witney 5 miles, Kidlington 7 miles, Oxford 10 miles & Bicester Village is located fairly nearby. Cheltenham/Newbury Racecourses 35 miles.

Cherry Nook

Private self-contained annexe renovated to a high standard in 2023 in an Oxfordshire village on the edge of the Cotswolds. An ideal base for exploring Oxford, Blenheim Palace, and the Cotswolds or for working in the Oxford area. Cherry Nook has its own entrance and private garden and is set back from neighbouring buildings giving a lovely, private feel, and plenty of space for a longer stay. PLEASE NOTE: narrow access, restricted height in bedroom - see photos.

Gorgeous garden home, in a perfectly located Cotswolds village, less than 1 hour from London. Conveniently placed between Blenheim palace & Estelle Manor, surrounded by beautiful forests & just one train stop away (7 mins) from Oxford city centre. This home is perfect for a family of 4 or 2 couples, with a private garden, patio, bbq & plenty of parking space. Please ask if you need to add an extra child, we can provide an inflatable mattress & bedding for you.

Retreat in the Cotswolds

Get away from the city and rent a beautiful, furnished 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, detached dormer bungalow in the picturesque village of South Leigh. The spacious back garden has a balconied patio area with steps leading down to the lawn, at the end of which is a stream. Views look out to fields beyond. The renowned Masons Arms pub in the village offers excellent food and drink. And we are 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Witney.

Gaze at the sky, sit by the bonfire, spot the local wildlife and walk or cycle the beautiful nearby woods. We are actively rewilding, check out our native plants maze! There are cows, chickens, cats and wildlife on the farm, sheep in near by fields.
