I can’t say enough good things about this listing. First, we had a rough day at home the day we were scheduled to arrive and were thus extremely late. Pierre was very accommodating. Their home is exactly as described. From the moment that we walked in we felt peaceful and welcome. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, there were plenty of towels plus bathroom essentials if needed. Everything was clean and organized. I had the opportunity to meet Pierre and several family members (including a furry one - though that was my choice, they keep the dogs separate from guests). Everyone was kind and friendly. It was a beautiful day so I chose to sit outside under the shade of a tree to read - they offered a blanket, hammock, and water if I was interested. Had it been a yucky day I would have felt just as comfortable in the sitting room. This was truly one of our best AirBnB experiences; we will be returning to Pierre’s every time we travel to the area.

The house is perfect for families! It’s a very short walk off the ferry and easy to get to the beach. It came with beach towels, chairs and toys for the beach. The kitchen was perfectly stocked to enjoy meals at the home. The outdoor shower and washer and dryer were really nice amenities. The bikes were handy and it was right down the street from the market. The home was beautiful and spacious for our family. It would have been helpful to have access to a crib or pack and play to not have to travel with one. The house was perfect and our beach trip was the best!!

This property was great for a girl's weekend trip. It comfortably accommodated 7 people. The house was very clean and spacious. The pictures online do not do the house justice. There are plenty of restaurants near by. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions. I could not have picked a better spot in Wading River. I would definitely book this air bnb in the future. Don't hesitate to book this house!

Marie was very helpful, responsive, and informative. Her place was in a great location and close to the beach, and very clean. The beach passes, beach chairs, and beach toys were a nice added touch! Would definitely recommend!

Tracey’s home was newly renovated and wonderfully so. The beds were the among the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in , including nice hotels. The en suite bathroom and shower was nicer than hotel quality. The kitchen was chefs quality which made sense when we found out that Tracey was a restauranteur and runs the local golf club’s restaurant. He kindly made us some cookies upon arrival, but we did not get a chance to eat at his restaurant…which looked great…as did the public golf course. Tracey was a superb host, friendly and always available with good suggestions. Our kids loved playing in the back yard, rolling down the hill. They want to go back to “Mr Tracey’s House” as do we. Danbury was a nice alternative to Hudson valley with fewer tourists, yet still good hikes nearby as well as some good restaurants and a train museum that are kids enjoyed.

It is in a good location, and the apartment has everything you need. The host is well-communicated, and we enjoyed staying there.

I first have to state that the property is immaculate!! Extremely clean and so well decorated, so impressive!!!! The property is clutter free and spacious. The best part was the parking as it was directly in-front of the property. Besides the glitz and glamour of this trendy space the customer service was one of a kind. Fast prompt response and always exuding top tier professionalism. I mistakenly left my purse in the property after checkout and the management company ensured me that they would handle the issue personally and my items would be safe until I returned. I’m greatly appreciative of the care the took with easing my fears. Great experience overall!! I would definitely return to this property again.

The location and comfort can’t be beat. We stayed at the professor’s flat for a full semester while I was teaching at Yale and it was perfect for a couple and a cat. We even had a couple of friends visit and stay over comfortably during that time. We truly lived in the place like it was our home, because it felt like it: it was cozy, and despite a smaller kitchen than we’re used to, it was well equipped, and we were able to cook a lot and even host dinner parties. It’s very conveniently located to everything in New Haven/the East Rock neighborhood & we walked everywhere. Also very convenient to the freeway. A parking spot was included in our rent as well. Remy, Hilary and Sal were always responsive and ready to take care of anything that needed attention. Remy also gave us and all the tenants extras like baked goods, and samples of her great Italian cooking on occasion (around the holidays). They also gave us fire logs for the fireplace we used our entire last month in town.

Margie’s place is an amazing hidden gem. The inside is very clean and comfortable. The outside is an experience of its own. The lake will drop your blood pressure immediately. Gorgeous surroundings. The dogs are friendly and lovable. We will be back! 👍🏼

The house is very clean and close to the train station. If I have the opportunity to travel to New Jersey again, I will choose this place again.

We absolutely loved this place! Great space for a family, and so walkable to restaurants, walking trail, dog park, etc. Our host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Thank you!

Booked this place while visiting my family. This place was great and close to my family without me even realizing. Bed was soft, I love the set up of the place. The only thing I had complaints about was that the shower is very confined when actually getting it, wish it was a little bit wider and because it was the basement it was cold. It took a while for me to get the heating systems the host had to warm up place and operate it. Host was responsive to any questions I had and I ended up booking another night. Everything was great besides the 2 things I listed

I had a truly lovely, peaceful stay and would highly recommend the Peaceful Post! The apt. was not only spacious, but also immaculately clean. It matched the website description with no surprises, and seemed newly renovated. The large, well kept yard was so nice for sunny morning coffee. I was contacted by the Host, Diane, to see if I was comfortable and to ask if I needed any recommendations for places to go in Kingston. I look forward to my next stay!
