Holiday Home with Pool 100% private near the Beach

Breakfast or homemade pizza are available on request (extra charge applies). Rental cars with airport transfer is also available. 100% PRIVATE The house is located in the mountains with a view into the nature. It has a pool (not heated) and a private garden area. We strongly recommend to have a car. From the house you can reach many points of interest (the vulcanic islands, the Etna etc). Even supermarkets, icecream shops and restaurants are close to the house. The beach is 20 minutes away.

Balcone Crimaldi è un'abitazione tipica del centro storico. Grazie alla forma conica del paese, si può scorgere da ogni angolo una vista a strapiombo sui tetti antichi e sulla costa. La casa è circondata dalle originarie scale di marmo, che costituiscono ancora oggi le vie pubbliche del centro. Nessun pianerottolo è sullo stesso livello degli altri, così da ogni finestra si ha una vista unica sul mare e sulle Isole. La nostra casetta ha una lunghissima storia, oggi è un rifugio per viaggiatori.

La villetta si trova all'interno del residence Saracen, dispone di un ampio spazio esterno, con incantevole panorama mozzafiato sulle isole Eolie, dotato di tavoli, sedie, sdraio, barbecue e doccia esterna. La disposizione interna è così composta: salone con ampia finestra panoramica, cucina, bagno con doccia e due camere da letto. La villetta dista 1.5 km dal mare e da tutti i servizi necessari raggiungibili in auto.

Piccolo Casale

Una dimora del 500 /600 in pietra, immersa nel verde vicina al mare. Il Piccolo Casale è un baglio tipico siciliano del 500/600 costituito da un cortile centrale attorniato dal susseguirsi di stanze che in parte venivano usate come frantoio per la produzione dell’olio e magazzini ed in parte come casa patronale. La ristrutturazione avvenuta negli anni 90 ha lasciato intatta la struttura e l’architettura del Baglio creando al tempo stesso le comodità indispensabili per il soggiorno.
