Our beautiful, sun filled, cosy apartment dates from the late 18th Century, and is situated on the historic Royal Mile which stretches from Edinburgh Castle to The Palace of Holyrood. It is in an ideal location to explore our wonderful city. It is situated on the third floor and on one side has superb views of the Edinburgh landscape such as Calton Hill with its eclectic collection of monuments, on the other the Royal Mile itself - a great place to watch the pageantry at Festival time.

Everything is brand new inside the apartment, like, a furniture, kitchen, bathroom, etc. The Edinburgh Castle can be seen through the apartment window and also from the communal balcony. The view is absolutely spectacular! It will be extremely hard to find a better location than this where to stay in Edinburgh. We are sure all guests will love the location and our brand new and comfortable apartment.

The apartment is located in Well Court the most iconic building in Dean Village. Looking onto the Water of Leith the apartment feels peaceful and tranquil. The location is very well situated for exploring the city. Only five minutes from Princess Street and the West End. Also a short walk, the beautiful Water of Leith walkway takes you from Dean Village to Stockbridge where there are many good restaurants, bars and cafes or up the river to the modern gallery of art and beyond.

My lovely bright two bedroom Georgian apartment, is the perfect place to stay in central Edinburgh. Based right in the middle of Stockbridge, off the Main Street, down a quiet 18th Century terrace. It’s ideal to explore the city and then come home to relax and have a good quiet sleep. All of the rooms have original wooden shutters that can block out any light. The apartment is very calm and serene …even with the abundance of cafes, restaurants and bars within a walking distance.
