Das Alstertaleinkaufszentrum per Bus in nur 3 Stationen in 6 min oder zu Fuß in 20 min erreichbar. Hamburg-Airport per Auto in nur 15 min, per öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in ca. 30 min erreichbar. Der Hauptbahnhof ist mit Bus und Bahn in ca 40-50 min erreichbar. Kostenlose Parkplätze draußen vor dem Haus auf der Straße.

Cette maison est parfait pour un séjour agréable à Hambourg en famille, entre amis, en couple ou comme associés. De là, vous êtes rapidement dans le centre ville et à l'aéroport, ou vous pouvez faire quelques pas par la porte du jardin pour vous retrouver sur l'un des plus beaux sentiers de randonnée de Hambourg. Jusqu'à 4 personnes peuvent dormir confortablement dans les deux chambres. Un lit de voyage est disponible pour les petits enfants si nécessaire. Il y a une place de parking gratuite.

Living in the Alstertal

This modern and fully equipped two room apartment with a wonderful view of the “Alstertal” offers many opportunities for relaxation, sports and other activities. Through the garden you have direct access to the “Alsterwanderweg”, perfect to go for a run, hiking or walking. In 10 minutes one can walk to the largest shopping center in Northern Germany, the AEZ and the rapid transit train station Poppenbüttel, from which one can reach directly the city centre. Also, the airport is not far away.

Das Appartement befindet sich in einem modernen Anbau von 65 m² , ist vollkommen barrierefrei und hat einen eigenen Eingang. Zum hellen und geräumigen Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich ergänzt sich eine offene, vollausgestattete Küche. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Bett von 1,8/2,0 m und viel Schrankraum. Die Lage im grünen und ruhigen Alstertal mit Wanderwegen und Kanuverleih läd zur Entspannung ein. Zum S-und Busbahnhof sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Von dort ist die City in 30 Minuten zu erreichen.

Die gemütliche 70qm große Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoß in unserem Einfamilien-Haus mit eigenem Aufgang u. Terrasse. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein 160cm breites Doppelbett m. Nachtschränke, Schrank und Fernseher. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit Eck-Couch, ein 120cm Bett, Schrank, Fernseher versehen. Vom Wohnzimmer geht eine Raumspartreppe (Achtung ohne Geländer!) in den Spitzboden. Dort können 3 weitere Personen übernachten. Die Küche ist für 6 Personen voll ausgestattet (mit Spülmaschine).

Wohnung am Stadtrand mit Garten, U-Bahn Hoisbüttel

Es handelt sich um eine Einliegerwohnung in einem Einfamilienhaus. Diese hat einen separaten Eingang und ist ca. 35qm. Ich wohne selbst im Haus aber es sind zwei getrennte Wohneinheiten, die innen durch eine Schallschutztür verbunden ist, diese ist von beiden Seiten während einer Buchung verschlossen. So wie bei anderen Wohnungen auch, findet trotzdem eine Schallübertragung statt, sodass es ggf. zu „Stoßzeiten“ hellhörig sein kann. Info: Diese Unterkunft hat leider kein Fernseher.
