We really enjoyed our stay in Leesburg! The location of this Airbnb is perfect—close to everything, yet still quiet and relaxing. The property is beautiful, with plenty of animals adding a nice touch. It was a great break from city life!

We had a long stay during our home renovation. The space was the prefect size & was appointed with all the things we needed, TV, internet, kitchen & a huge shower! The space looks out to a lawn that is frequented by deer & other wildlife. In the distance beyond the trees is a horse farm. It is the prefect country setting for rest & relaxation. The space is clean & well maintained. It has all the updated amenities which made for a very comfortable stay. I’m not sure there is a better AirBnB host! Beyond being kind & friendly she was quick to respond to internet & electric outages. Things that were always weather related. When the grill failed Marzie purchased a new grill & had it ready to go for our use within a few days. She is very invested in her guest’s comfort. Marzie was accommodating & gracious. We can’t thank Marzie enough for her hospitality during a very stressful period. Her hospitality & home were the perfect antidote to the stress & strains of renovation! Thank you, Marzie

For a house that can accommodate a multi-generational family, this was excellent. Walking around the property was adequate for a winter day, but in other seasons, when you want a longer walk, the highway would not have been safe. We had to get in the car to walk on the C&O Canal, just 15 minutes away in Brunswick. A lovely, flat walking or biking space. There was a highchair for the baby, and little to no decor for young children to break. Thank you! The host negotiated an issue with no electrical power in three bedrooms the first night. A repair person came promptly the next morning to flip a breaker. All was well from that point on. Being a musical family, the piano was a real bonus! We will definitely return when we can.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Tricia. It was very clean and spacious with everything you need. It's all on one level with no access steps, so it was perfect for our dog with stair mobility issues. Beautiful windows at a level where my dog Angus could watch the deer. In the summer, there are tons of outdoor activities in the area. Highly recommend, would stay again.

Two friends and I had a great girls’ weekend at Julie’s house. The setting is peaceful and the house was just as described. Check-in and check-out were easy and the house was spotless. Thank you for the great stay!

Easy check-in. Place was spotless and the cottage was beautiful. It’s larger than in the pictures. We loved being able to have a fire in the fire pit, have coffee on the rocking chairs and be able to visit the winery. Great stay and a great location!

Cute cabin and not too far out from the city! Loved the privacy of the space and it looked exactly like the photos. Host was very communicative and responsive and amenities were accurate! A few minor “Cons”… 2 full bathrooms but one of them is inside the main room upstairs and the downstairs bathroom door doesn’t close so you either have to hold it shut while using the bathroom or put the trash can to hold the door close. I wished the snow/ice was removed from walkways and outdoor amenities so we could enjoy them! We ended buying salt to put down for the walkway to the home as it was as we didn’t have the most balanced group lol. Would’ve definitely appreciated if they took care of that beforehand. There was a significant amount of dog hair on the living room rug which was bothersome for one of my friends who had allergies but we vacuumed which helped. Overall great place to stay and will keep this place on my list for future staycations 🤗

The host was super responsive and accommodating. I highly suggest booking this AirBnB especially if you are getting married next door at Blue Valley. It was so nice to have space for my large bridal party to spread out and get ready! The home was clean with a lot of amenities!
