It is perfect for a maximum of 4 people as it is furnished with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. Appliances: full size refrigerator, a kitchenette that has a microwave, an air fryer, crockpot, coffee maker (NOT keurig), toaster and waffle maker, blender and rice cooker. Two miles from the interstate, The Barn is on three acres of peaceful private property. As you pull on to our road The Barn is to the left of our home. Parking signs are clearly marked. The Barn - Downstairs is a 600 square foot efficiency apartment with a comfortable king size bed, a kitchenette, a den area with a queen size sofa sleeper, a bathroom with a shower and a 55” TV that swivels. Amenities include a patio, a charcoal grill, a fire pit, a pond for fishing, and a nature trail.

The Bear-y Best Suite awaits you with a hug and sense of calmness. It's somewhat like Grandma's house with country french furnishings, peace and tranquility. The Allens are former hosts of a large B & B, so your accommodations are A+. The parlor has refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, television, table and chairs and a reclining loveseat. The bedroom has a queen size bed. Four blocks to Lady Of Lourdes Hospital, 1 mile to famous River Ranch, & near famous restaurants & shopping.

The Hidden Gem is a private apartment at the rear of our home of 30 years. Guests will enjoy a cozy living room, full kitchen, bedroom with brand new queen size mattress, and bath. The apartment sleeps two. The living room is comfortably furnished, with a sofa (queen sofa bed), armchair, coffee table, lamps, window. There is an outdoor patio with table and chairs, as well as off street parking with a locking gate. A no parking sign is respected by our neighbors.

Circa 1834 brick row house with a ground floor suite with newly renovated full bathroom, small kitchen. It has a private street entrance and courtyard access. We are two blocks from the Convention Center. Please note we are not on a quiet corner in the Crescent city, during working weekdays it’s busy. Nights and weekends however are restful and relaxing. If any city noise is an issue for you though we suggest staying somewhere else.
