If your group will be spending most of your time in the house, it is ideal for groups of 12 or less. However, we do have sleeping space for up to 16! Our open floor plan on the main floor allows everyone to be together. And, if you need more space, our large back yard is perfect for games and enjoying the Ohio Valley weather

Our home is also just a short drive to downtown/waterfront, UoL's campus/Churchill downs, the airport, and other great Louisville neighborhoods. We can’t wait to have you!

5000 square foot house set on a beautiful lot backed to a nature reserve park. Total of six bedrooms, three and half bathrooms. 5 large bedrooms with 5 queen beds each, 3 singles on the second floor and a mother-in-law suite with a king size bed and a single bed on the first floor. pool and hot tub. Pool is open from May 15 to October 15 and will be heated from Sep 15 to Oct. 15. Inflatable Water Slide is upon request. Gas grill on the deck and propane tank is available.

We are located in South Louisville and pretty much centrally located to everything in the City of Louisville. We are 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Churchill Downs, 15 minutes from downtown attractions, close to interstate access and 1 mile from a park. Also, our guests are welcome to relax by our koi ponds and to see my husband’s fish aquariums in his Fish House by just walking through gate at the guest house. We pride ourselves on Southern Hospitality!
