Louth : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Among the places we stayed on this trip, this was our absolute favorite. Less than 10 minutes from howth, and roughly 30 from the Guinness storehouse, it was the PERFECT location for our type of vacationing. Close enough to Dublin, but far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, we enjoyed walking along the shore in the mornings, and lounging on the comfortable leather couches in the evening. Francis is communicative, has a keen eye for decorating, and is very accommodating. Upon our first walkthrough, we immediately noticed the plethora of snacks, cleaning supplies, toiletries, anything you could think of to make one feel comfortable and at home. We truly could not have asked for a better air bnb experience. Go raibh míle maith agat (thank you so much)!

This our second stay at Paul's place. everything about it is great, and he really is a super host.

Jenny was a great host, always answering questions quickly. She had snacks and breakfast foods for us and let us check-in early since we hadn’t slept in two days. The place was in a great location, close to a cute little town with shops and restaurants, close to the beach, and close to historic sites that were great places to explore on morning walks. We were sorry to leave!

Tolle Wohnung direkt am Strand in Blackrock! Die Lage ist super, viele Restaurants und pubs in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Der Ausblick auf das Meer aus den Schlafzimmern ist atemberaubend. Meine Tochter und ich haben hier eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Alison ist sehr gut, schnell erreichbar und war auch sehr flexibel was Check in und Check out betrifft. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The property is really nice and the location was excellent. The check in was super easy and the instructions were clear for finding the property. We had a great stay and enjoyed the local area.

Had a great stay for 3 nights. Everything was as mentioned in the listing, but the photos don’t really capture the amount of space you have at your disposal. The views from the apartment are great and everything you need is within walking distance. I recommend Little Richard’s Pizza, Gerry’s Fresh Foods and Stoop Your Head (seafood restaurant on the front). Valerie left some scones, bread and milk which was very appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked and was a joy to cook in. The heating was set for certain times so we didn’t have to worry about being cold, and it was especially nice turning up on the first day to a warm place. I would defintely return to Skerries and rent Valerie’s place again.

Lovely spacious apartment, ideal for a group. Bars and restaurants within short walking distance. Host was very friendly and accommodating for our arrival, would absolutely recommend staying here for a visit to Carlingford!

We had an amazing 3 days staying at Marcus’s beautiful townhouse. We felt very comfortable and it was so nice that we didn’t want to go out at all (the Irish weather wasn’t great 😂) The town house was beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. Like something out of a magazine but it was homely and very comfortable. It had everything you could possibly need. The backyard was delightful. We did have a hire car so we could easily get to the seaside at Blackrock, where there were some great pubs and restaurants. I highly recommend Marcus’s place and would happily stay there again. Marcus was a very considerate host and was easily contactable, he was attentive but not intrusive. Thanks so much for a wonderful long weekend. Tracey, Sydney Australia. 🦘🦘

Was a lovely homely stay, when we arrive there was homemade brown break and eggs left for us for our breakfast. Place was spotless and Pierce was very accommodating with check in and meeting us with keys. Lovely area and a gorgeous homely house would definitely recommend

We booked Little Cottage for a relax after a few days on the road and it did not disappoint. Michelle was great with all info needed, the house had everything we needed and we felt right at home. We were lucky enough to have a lovely spring evening on arrival to watch the tide come in as the sun set. And when the cold and rain came we snuggled in by the fire. A lovely spot to watch the world go by or explore the local area.

Great place. Beautiful decor, and there was plenty of room for our large group. Adrienne was very nice and accomodating, even sending messages to check in. The location was perfect with easy access to the coastal road. We just loved it.

Sinead is a lovely host! The place was exactly what we wanted and the location we wanted. It's not a 5 star resort but the price reflects that. We were happy. The beds were clean and comfortable. We lit the fire. We cooked. We visited the beach and the local pub. We made memories and will definitely be back!

Sergiy has a beautiful house in a lovely place in Ireland if you like walking by the beach! He’s a very kind host and very responsive. Thanks for all your help, Sergiy!

Mark was a great host and was very helpful, the cottage was wonderful and we all enjoyed our stay.

Helena and Rory were great hosts. Very responsive and helpful and really really friendly and nice. If you had any questions they were there to help you with everything! The room was also great, clean , beautifully decorated, and even more spacious than it looked in the photos. The location was perfect too – quiet but close to everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Had a great stay at Luis’s place in Malahide! Convenient location with lots to do around town. Luiz was accommodating, friendly and responsive.

Noeleen's Airbnb was our home for about two months and we definitely couldn't choose a better place. She was always helpful, willing to assist us in any matter. The Airbnb was clean, with everything you needed for your stay. The bed was really comfy, the sofas and the living and kitchen area were perfect. We felt really comfortable those two months and we thank Noeleen for having us in her Airbnb, specially with our cat Venom. We struggled a lot trying to find pet friendly accommodation and Noeleen was our life saver. One thing that I would personally comment on is that the bathroom has less ventilation than I would have wanted, and that leads to a moist bathroom. Maybe I would recommend a stronger air extractor and a more frequent sanitation to avoid moist or stains. But it is a personal thing and it did not affect our stay. Thanks a mil Noeleen!

I had a great stay at Alison’s place. The room was very cosy, and the view of the sea was beautiful. While staying, I worked remote. The wifi was fast and reliable! Alison was very friendly and helpful with guidance and recommendations. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a peaceful seaside stay in Ireland.

I enjoyed every moment of our stay. This maisonette is a lovely and very nicely decorated home with all modern amenities. I also appreciated the generous supply of toiletries and towels. The view from the top floor is fabulous. The place is easily accessible by car, and probably by bus as well (I researched bus services from/to Dublin Airport but did not use them). Beautiful area with an amazing beach area for walks or taking a plunge into the Irish Sea (I left that to the well trained locals!). Nice restaurants at Skerries Harbour. Gerry's Fresh Foods is a great grocery store just around the corner, with "Café Jacques" on the first floor. All in all, a perfect spot for people who prefer a holiday off the beaten track.

Keerati ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und kann tolle Tipps zu Dublin und der Gegend geben. Wir haben uns wohl und aufgehoben gefühlt. Danke! Wir waren am Ende unserer Irlandreise für 2 Nächte da, um Dublin zu sehen, den Mietwagen konnten wir kostenlos in unmittelbarer Nähe parken und ins Stadtzentrum kommt man sehr leicht mit Bus (vor der Tür) oder mit dem nahe gelegenen Zug. Alles easy und problemlos!

We picked the perfect place to stay, ideally located to the local transport ( DART & Bus) surrounded by restaurants and pubs with the Starbucks literally 1 minute away for my morning coffee fix. The home itself was quaint and charming while Emma Jane was an EXCEPTIONAL host answering all our questions within a few minutes. We will definitely stay there again, Thank Emma Jane for being awesome!!

Dear Louise&Ed, thank you so much for offering this great place to stay. It was very beautiful with a big livingroom. Very clean. Quite. Close to the train station and also to the supermarket. Train is directly heading towards Dublin or also places in the north. Beautiful beaches nearby. Louise&Ed were very friendly meeting us when we arrived. We certainly would like to come back. Thanks very much for everything.
