Blockhaus mitten im Wald

Familienfreundliches Ferienhaus im schönsten Wandergebiet! Im schönsten Tal des Bayerischen Waldes, versteckt am Berghang im Wald und nur über einen Waldweg erreichbar, liegt unser kleiner Einödhof. Unsere Besucher genießen die Ruhe und Natürlichkeit des Ortes und die Gemütlichkeit ihres Ferienhauses. Vor dem Blockhaus findet sich eine geschützte Sitzecke mit Sandkasten und Lagerfeuerplatz. Einige Meter entfernt gibt es einen kleinen Bergteich. Baden ist erlaubt, doch das Wasser ist eiskalt.

Our little house in the countryside was completely renovated in 2024 and lovingly furnished. It is located in a quiet allotment site on the edge of the forest and offers a unique view of the Further Valley. The accommodation is just a few minutes' drive from the beautiful town of Landshut. Log Cabin in Sankt Englmar

The mountain hut was built using regional craftsmanship from local spruce trunks, in the Canadian log cabin style. The house is individually and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. Our own Starlink system provides you with high-speed internet. Bringing pets is possible by arrangement. Spa tax Adults (> 16 years) 2.30 EUR / day Children & young people (6 – 16 years) 1.40 / day People with a GDB of 80% or more and their accompanying person are exempt from the spa tax.

Nice and comfy apartment with own entrance

Beautiful, quiet and bright apartment with terrace and private entrance. Through the separate outdoor entrance you can reach the apartment in the basement of the house. It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

Stadtnahes Apartment am Park

Close to the city but still in the nature. The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The house with three parties offers privacy through its own access, but also a personal environment and contact person in case of problems. Lidl and bakery open on Sundays only 250 m away.

Hab Spaß mit der ganzen Familie in dieser stilvollen Unterkunft. Natur pur am Dreiseithof ganz aus Holz mit Pferden, Hühnern, und ganz viel Platz für eure Kinder. Direkt vom Anwesen gehts auf die zahlreichen Wanderwege des Schellenberges. Simbach am Inn / Braunau mit allen Geschäften sind 8 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Rottaler Bäderdreieck ist in unmittelbarer Umgebung, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg und München unter einer Stunde erreichbar.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Das zweite unserer beiden Tinyhäuser bietet ebenfalls viel Privatsphäre mit eigenem Eingang und privater Terrasse. Unentgeltliche Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Haustüre, auf Anfrage könnt Ihr auch gegen Gebühr Euer Elektroauto bei uns laden (11 V) während Ihr Euch im Tinyhouse erholt. Das Häuschen liegt zentral zwischen Dingolfing (20 km), Straubing (22 km) und dem neuen BMW Werk in Strasskirchen-Irlbach (11 km).

Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Das Haus wurde 2023 grundrenoviert. OG-Single-Apartment mit: Miniküche, Sofa als Schlafcouch, Eß-und Arbeitstisch + separatem Bad, möbliert in gehobenem Standard und voll ausgestattet. Waschmaschine/Trockner im EG. Ruhige und ;ändlcihe Lage in Niederbayern Nähe Aldersbach. Zwei schöne Sitzplätze draußen beim Backhaus gehören dazu. Haustiere sind erlaubt.
