My house is a 3 bed (but 1 room locked for storage) it has 2 king-size bedrooms & boasts epic sea views of St. Michaels Mount, Newlyn harbour & the nearby countryside. It has parking for one car, a must in Newlyn! No through traffic, a large decking & a peaceful enclosed garden to relax in. A great location to explore the great outdoors, with Penzance, St.Michaels Mount, St.Ives, Mousehole, The Minack Theatre and Land's End, all within 8 miles! Plus it's <180 yards to Newlyn School of Art.

The Long Barn at Chyenhal is a lovely detached, one bedroom dwelling which has been beautifully restored by its present owners, Ben & Beccy Marshall. A detached barn , with its own small private gardens, it is situated just a few miles above the village of Mousehole. The small rural hamlet of Chyenhal offers peace and tranquility for those who are looking for a relaxing holiday or short break, yet is still a short drive away from all of the beautiful beaches, coves , restaurants and locations.

Parking is very close by in the South Quay Carpark for £10 a day, spaces not guaranteed. Sea Views from the bedroom and the sitting room. Fantastic Wifi. Superb location. Smell the sea air from the open windows

'Argel Byghan' is a small, bright attic apartment with handmade features & mid-century style. It has a compact kitchenette & no TV. The sheltered patio garden is ideal for coffee or dining. No sea views but quietly away from the road. Close to coast & countryside, and 30 mins prom walk to Penzance. Situated on the art school hill with harbour & Mounts Bay views. 10 min walk downhill to Newlyn’s shops, bars, restaurants, gallery & cinema, with a steep return. Not suitable for children or pets.

'The Artist's Loft' Amazing Sea and Harbour Views

'The Artist's Loft' is fully self-contained and has been beautifully restored by Maria and Terry. It has its own kitchen, bath/shower and w.c. From our balcony window you can enjoy unique views into Newlyn harbour and the whole of Mounts Bay, including St Michael's Mount. There's lots to explore in Newlyn, and a leisurely 20 minute stroll along 'The Prom' takes you to the famous Jubilee Pool, another 5 minutes and you've arrived at Penzance Harbour with it's quay-side shops and restaurants.

Clarice's Cabin in Heart of Rural Cornish Village

Clarice's Cabin is a comfortable small home, looking out across our garden. It has its own securely separated outside seating area. In the cabin's open plan space there is a comfy double bed with 100% cotton bedding a 2 seater settee, table and chairs, kitchen area with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Accessed from the main room is a shower room with shower cubicle, wash basin and flush toilet. There is a fan for hot days and an oil filled electric heaters for those cooler evenings.

Penzance Town with a Marina, Island Ferry & Train/bus station is an beautiful 25 min walk along Penzance seafront
